Honestly loved living here before the management change. They have been unresponsive to fixing items around the property, there was a period for over a month where the trash just sat out in the garage, and we've recently started having issues with the homeless getting into the garage and then some making it into the building. They've also been adding extra insurance fees to people's monthly bills even when you have your own renters insurance, and changed the parking passes so you can never have more than one person at a time (guess social lives aren't allowed with RPM living...). I genuinely liked living here with a responsive team that kept the place clean and functional, but that all changed when RPM took over.

The property management recently switched from Greystar to RPM Living and this place has turned into a headache to live in. They have changed the guest parking policy to only let 2 people park per month and each visitor to not stay for more than 7 days a month. Having an additional visitor, even if only a few hours, is an extra $20. If you have a significant other or if you want to have a social life then don't even bother living here. The elevator was broken for over a month and access the gym was completely cut off. The community no longer lets you pay with BILT and the office does not know any information to remove the community from the app so you can pay with a routing number. The WORST of all is that there was a homeless person that followed me to the gym earlier this week. Mind the fact the gym is on the 10th floor, I do not know how no one saw them come in. I spam called the leasing office and there was no response until after the fact when they called me back. Then, my neighbor had informed me there was a homeless person living in the storage unit next to my apartment earlier last month. I no longer feel safe living here, and the changes with guest parking prevents me from having friends come over, hosting anything in my apartment, and my partner staying with me a couple times a week. There is no reason to pay Uptown prices for this apartment and not be able to have people come over and enjoy it as well.

While I love my unit itself, the building has had countless issues since RPM came on board, and it feels like they're doing nothing to help themselves. The elevator was broken for weeks, and they cut off access to our gym because of it, with very few updates. They completely changed our guest parking policy to only two free passes a month with no warning or explanation. To top it all off, the security camera in the package room is broken, and a ton of packages were stolen, with no indication they'll work to help us recoup what was lost. We have emailed them with questions on all of our various pain points, and it takes days, if not weeks, to reply if they even do. While I was hopeful that the RPM team could come in and make quality changes for our complex, it feels like thie building has quickly fallen apart since their arrival.

I had a fantastic experience touring Broadstone Sora, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Cianna Ramos, the leasing agent who helped me. From the moment I walked in, Cianna was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all my questions. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure to highlight how the property could be a great fit.
What stood out most was how genuine and professional she was throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly—from the leasing terms to the amenities—and was quick to follow up after the tour. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows the ins and outs of the property but also makes you feel like a valued future resident.
Cianna truly made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her positive energy and attention to detail gave me confidence in moving forward. Broadstone Sora is lucky to have her on their team!

Aaron was excellent, provided a great walk through of the apartment. The designer trim option is well crafted. New management appears to be making a lot of good quality of life improvements.
