EDIT AS OF SEPTEMBER 4TH: I still have NO A/C! My review is too long, so I am unable to update this review as much. I went to the office two weeks ago. They had some eager new worker telling me my issues will be fixed asap… it never happened. This is the scum of the earth. No A/C since March… 6 MONTHS! Everyone in that office does not have morals. EDIT AS OF AUGUST 10TH: STILL NO AC. These idiots have the audacity to send an email threatening to fine tenants for patio cleanliness. Meanwhile, they are charging MULTIPLE tenants full price while we have NO AC. They have marked more of my works orders as complete. Nothing has been done. It is 89° in my apartment. They haven’t even offered as much as a fan. I hope everyone in that office faces the consequences they deserve for this mistreatment. EDIT AS OF JULY 28TH: I still have no AC. They installed a new outside unit, installed it incorrectly, fixed the installation, just for them to tell me I will need a new inside unit as well. So, I am STILL waiting. It is 88° inside of my apartment. I called the office, they have to “wait for the tech that can come whenever they are free”. They can’t give me a set date, they won’t hire any other company. I have to sit around & hope they eventually do something. I hope everyone in that office will live 4 months without AC, so they can see how it feels. Disgusting behavior. No urgency. They don’t care. DO NOT MOVE HERE. EDIT AS OF JULY 20TH: Surprise, surprise I STILL have no AC. IT IS 87° INSIDE OF MY APARTMENT. There have been two days in the past week where my water hasn’t worked either. They take HOURS to turn it back on. This place is disgusting. I bet no one at the office is living without AC or water, but they have no issue allowing their tenants to live that way. I have contacted CAF management, they also have done NOTHING. Please, do not move here. They are lying, scamming, vile human beings who will say whatever they need to get you to move into their complex. As soon as you sign that lease, they won’t care about you or your well being whatsoever. I’ve attached a picture of my AC, that is in multiple pieces, below. That is the state it’s been sitting in for the past few months. EDIT AS OF JULY 9TH: They have marked ANOTHER work order as complete, despite doing NOTHING to fix my A/C. They continue to respond to my reviews stating I am the one that needs to stay on top of them about this. How about fix my A/C since it’s been broken for 4 MONTHS! I attached screenshots of all of the work orders they have marked as complete, when nothing has been fixed. This is a vile & disgusting way to treat tenants. EDIT AS OF JULY 7TH: My A/C is still broken. It is 87° inside my apartment. The complex continues to mark my work orders as complete. This is the WORST complex ever. I will continue to update this review until they fix it. They will not give me a clear answer on anything. Please, don’t move here. EDIT AS OF JUNE 19TH: My AC is STILL NOT WORKING!!!!! They have marked SIX work orders as complete, but have done NOTHING. & I still have NO MAILBOX! Do NOT move in here!!!! I have gone to the office multiple times & they continue to give me no answers. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I moved in at the end of February, realized a few weeks in that my AC was not working. I have submitted multiple work orders. They sent the on-site maintenance worker out twice, marking the work order as complete every time, despite the issue never being resolved. As of 05/16 my AC has not been fixed. The maintenance told me they would have to order a compressor (when he came mid April), but it has been crickets since then. We are entering dangerous temperatures. My unit is reaching 90°. This is a disgusting way to treat your tenants. On top of my AC, I have YET to receive keys for my mailbox. Every time I ask for them, they tell me they’ll be ready the following day. Yet here we are, no keys. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
