To all people thinking of renting at Bridgeport apartments in Irving Texas 75038 please be careful you will suffer from mold, rust from cooking stoves in your food and disrespect from staff especially people like me for the last 9 years I have lived here TI COMMUNITIES is the worst community please be careful when renting here I have all the proof of what am talking about and I hope Miss. ERICA one of the top mangers gets to see this what a place to live in. Please do not come here you will get sick because of mold, rust in stoves. Poor drainage of sewage water always running in the night and early morning smelling of poop, noisy place, dirty environment, stairs always dirty and rude managers that never listen to residents complaints but prefer to play computer games and mock clients be careful when renting here without forgetting roaches too. Not a place to be. I have lived here for 9 years and gave them grace my last straw was when I ordered for a stove and they gave me a rusty stove with rotten food in it. Thank you all wish you the best but Bridgeport apartments in Irving Texas is not a homely place to be.

They are childish little girls at the office. Ariyana was suppose to do a walk through with me on my last day to ensure we got a deposit back. Or at least see what was wrong. I go to the office and Kimberly said she left for the day. I see Kimberly smiling while I’m filling out a form and I see Ariyana giggling and hiding around the corner in her office (room located on the left). If you were too scared to do the walk through with me you should’ve said that. I hope you don’t teach your daughter to be like that.
Our conditioning and inventory form isn’t on file from when we moved in May 2023. That was the whole point of us doing a walk through together. She walked it after I left that same day - because she said “I walked it two days ago.” Our phone call was Wednesday June 4, 2025 and our last day was Monday June 2, 2025. Kimberly said she’ll have her give me a call the next day, but remind you Ariyana HEARD it because her door was opened and she was giggling in her office. I should’ve waived at her. I never get calls back anyways which is why I proactively call multiple times on purpose.
We got docked on our deposit because they’re incompetent and unorganized. They charged me for missing smoke detectors that never came with the unit. I only requested one missing. Didn’t think it was necessary to request for all of them if I didn’t get any in the first place?? It’s common sense to not have any missing in the first place. The requested detector never came, so wouldn’t you believe based off common sense I shouldn’t be penalized in general? Why tf would I wanna take smoke detectors with me. She charged us for the blinds that I paid for also. The property manager is conveniently never around when I ask to express my concerns. The smoke detectors, we never had on day 1, they’re charging us $30 each. The blinds they’re charging $91 when I paid $30 at Lowe’s. She said 5 were missing which is true. However, once again, I paid for them in the guest place and lived there for two years. I wasn’t going to go out and buy more.
They charge extra fees for random things but they can’t upgrade units. When we moved in, the paint job was sloppy, screens had holes in it, stuff was peeling, we had roaches for the first 6 months, and the first week we couldn’t cook because they didn’t have drip pans on the burners. We made tickets and called for help. No one ever came. We had to go to Walmart and buy them. We also had to buy our own shower heads.
My roommate put multiple tickets in for the last two years to get a screen on her door and it never came. Just found out that Ariyana said they do not provide those anymore. In October 2024, I called the office to do a wellness check on the neighbors below us because they had blood in a cup, a nazi sign drawn on the door, and candles lit with bloody little footprints. My friend left a complaint last week about how it’s still up. They finally came down and painted over it 7 months later.
If you leave your trash outside your door for 5 mins you get a charge for it? My other neighbor was charged a few hundred dollars for having certain items on her patio.
The staff has changed like crazy since we have been here. They also do events. My roommate and I went to one. Her name was drawn for $100 gift card. We called back and left a voicemail about how to get it. Everyday for a week we kept doing that. Then it turned into every month. Finally, about 3 months later we were told a new winner was selected because we never reached out in a timely manner??? I had screenshots to prove the timestamps on the phone. Plus you KNOW WHERE WE LIVE. Knock on the door if it’s that big of a deal.
There has always been PLENTY of guest parking spaces. They started towing at the beginning of the year and it’s horrible. The water is constantly shut off at the worse times possible.

I lived here with my roommates and unfortunately was not treated kindly. The staff Ariyana and Kimberly treated me as if I was incompetent . They acted as if they weren’t at the property and have been caught lying and covering up for one another. We are very kind people and treat everyone with respect. It was unfortunate to have been treated this way when we always have paid our rent early and never have any issues whatsoever. I’d like the property manager to give me a call to further explain.

The employees are just as bad—they never help with anything and clearly don't care about the residents. Plus, they hit you with extra charges for everything! I used to be a resident over there and while dropping my mail box and door key, I forgot to check my mailbox and asked them to give me a key back and they replied no cause of them I am not able to get my stuff from my mail box .Save yourself the headache and DO NOT move into this apartment!". They don't even deserve a single start
