wish I could give this place 0 stars. Elevators never work and if they do they always small like urine. The fake security cameras they have up haven't worked in years. My wife's car was vandalized so badly (in the secure parking garage) that our insurance had to total it out. No apologies or anything from the complex. They always post fees to your account after you pay your rent so you never know if you have an outstanding balance. OH, and expect to pay for painting and carpet cleaning after you move out even though you left it pristine. General painting and carpet cleaning is suppose to be done to get ready for the next attendant on the complex's dime. Never have I ever had to pay for this at any other complex I lived at. Also had packages stolen out of the mail room which is located in their office. Place is a joke and I couldn't wait for my lease to be up! Take caution if you're thinking about moving here

DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM In these apartments.
Terrible experience. I do not recommend living here.
During my time at this apartment, I experienced discrimination and mockery from the manager and their assistant simply because I don’t speak English well and because I’m Latina. It was a very painful and frustrating experience.
My roommate’s car was stolen three times from the parking garage, showing how poor the security is. They also overcharged me over $300 in late fees due to their website's failure to process automatic payments properly.
They even tried to evict me for being just one day late with my rent, even though I had always paid on time. That particular day, I was traveling and couldn’t access the system due to circumstances beyond my control.
They don’t care about their residents, offer no real security, and their treatment toward non-English speakers is unacceptable. Look for a place where you’ll be treated with respect and professionalism.

The regional manager Stacy is extremely rude, and unwilling to listen to issues the customer is facing. Talks over you and accuses you of repeating yourself when she never gives you the chance to even finish a complete thought. Hannah the leasing agent was very helpful and kind unfortunately her superior sets a poor example of “customer service” would highly recommend considering that when choosing apartments in this area. There are far too many options to act like that towards your potential residents / residents. Would give it zero stars if I could. Resprop can reach out to me for videos of their regional manager being extremely combative and dismissive and I’d be glad to oblige.
Edit 4 weeks later : they JUST sent my refund out yesterday. After their employee was “diligently working on it”…. Yeah right. Ladies and gentlemen if you’re reading this and considering living here. Know there are far better options to entertain before resorting to this dumpster fire of an apartment complex. The woman represented herself as a regional manager and I’ve got that on video as well. So maybe resprop needs to reprimand this employee instead of blaming the consumer.

Upon first touring Bottle House and speaking with Nancy Nangrete. I thought this would be me and my fiance's first dream apartment together. We have them money for a hold on the apartment and application fee on his behalf. My application portion pending due to wait on ID. I showed up in person multiple times. I called even more than that. My fiance who is a disabled veteran called as multiple times as well. I myself also disabled. They are criminals, thieves and liars. Our calls stopped going through. I called from a different number and was able to speak to Nancy who told me she emailed corporate then said she'd reach out ending the call. After reading the reviews maybe this block is actually a blessing. I wouldn't want to rent from individuals that would steal, knowingly steal from disabled people. And a veteran at that. They are lower than criminals on the street. At least you expect and see them coming. These people have no morals, no professionalism or respect for themselve. I'm not surprised to see the reviews after dealing with them. If anyone wants to join forces to help show them what happens when you try to mess over "the little people". Please respond to my review and we can go from there. The more the better. I am so sorry to hear all the issues you all have had. I hope it gets better after this.

*** Update***
I did resign as the rates were decent. But keep in mind you get what you pay for a one bed.
This is very much a $1200 a month complex. They have been trying to update the entry to the apartment to be “more secure”. But it’s been about 2 months now and the main door to the complex is broken and literally anyone can walk in at any point in time. So I’m not sure how “secure” they are going for anymore.
When I asked about there being a back up fob for entry as I don’t trust their system to work ever. I was told most likely not. So while I appreciate the want to update security. Maybe start with having gates and doors that work first?
I have lived in this complex since the Summer of 2024. While I love my unit and the little home I have created I have very few good things to say about the complex and the staff. I have been heavily debating resigning my lease and am unsure if I will if the same issues keep occurring. When I first lived here I had a wonderful experience with a woman that used to work there named Brittany. She was amazing, since she left its been issue after issue after issue. The maintenance team has completed tickets without actually doing the work, or waiting weeks and weeks to get a fire alarm checked out. Most recently I have had issues with the process on the visitor parking as they don't have it clearly marked that cars need to be registered with the exception of one small sign. This process isn't stated in my lease or any of my accompanying leasing paperwork that I had received upon moving in. I had a scheduled appointment this morning with Jewell at 8:30am (Per the posted hours on the door and online this is when the office opens) but when I went downstairs the doors were locked. I heard people in the offices talking but no one answered my 3 phones calls, emails, or even me knocking on the door. I waited until 9am and had to leave for work. They also recently are trying to fine the residents for them not providing certain documents during the leasing process. When they are putting time requirements on documents they failed to provide there should not be a threat of charging the residents. Between the constant issues with elevators being down (one has been down since Nov. 2024 and the other 3 constantly being down), lack of communication, and overall lack of professionalism I would be leery of leasing here unless you are okay with those issues.
