wish I could give this place 0 stars. Elevators never work and if they do they always small like urine. The fake security cameras they have up haven't worked in years. My wife's car was vandalized so badly (in the secure parking garage) that our insurance had to total it out. No apologies or anything from the complex. They always post fees to your account after you pay your rent so you never know if you have an outstanding balance. OH, and expect to pay for painting and carpet cleaning after you move out even though you left it pristine. General painting and carpet cleaning is suppose to be done to get ready for the next attendant on the complex's dime. Never have I ever had to pay for this at any other complex I lived at. Also had packages stolen out of the mail room which is located in their office. Place is a joke and I couldn't wait for my lease to be up! Take caution if you're thinking about moving here

This apartment complex was absolutely AWFUL. I was paying to live in a single bedroom unit on the 5th floor from July 2024- August 2025. However, due to the lack of upkeep/things always being broken and noisy upstairs AND downstairs neighbors I was forced to spend over half of my lease sleeping at my parents house. Management DOES NOT CARE about you or any other resident, they do not respond to concerns and will hardly be in the office during hours or answer the phone. The noise was so bad, when I was staying here I had to move my mattress to the living room, yep, at 26 I slept on the living room floor of my apartment. Management also went into my apartment (back in October) to fix a leak that my upstairs neighbor caused. Not only did they leave damage on my bathroom wall (still there several months later) but they 1. Moved my stuff and did not put it back & 2. Changed the locks as they neglected to make copies when I was given mine. This is the WORST place to live ever, they messed up financial charges several times as well, never any apologies. I was forced to handle everything myself and take time out of my work day to go into their office to get it solved. I cannot stress enough this place is severely unsanitary, there’s often animal urine and feces in the stairwells and on the elevators (if those are even working). I’ve had to call the police several times for situations both inside and directly outside the apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I’m currently waiting in the office (have been for over 40 minutes) trying to turn my keys in so I can be done with this place despite my lease still having 2 weeks on it. Surprise, nobody is in here to help with that either. Please save yourself the stress and money, this is not a good complex.

*** Update***
I did resign as the rates were decent. But keep in mind you get what you pay for a one bed.
This is very much a $1200 a month complex. They have been trying to update the entry to the apartment to be “more secure”. But it’s been about 2 months now and the main door to the complex is broken and literally anyone can walk in at any point in time. So I’m not sure how “secure” they are going for anymore.
When I asked about there being a back up fob for entry as I don’t trust their system to work ever. I was told most likely not. So while I appreciate the want to update security. Maybe start with having gates and doors that work first?
I have lived in this complex since the Summer of 2024. While I love my unit and the little home I have created I have very few good things to say about the complex and the staff. I have been heavily debating resigning my lease and am unsure if I will if the same issues keep occurring. When I first lived here I had a wonderful experience with a woman that used to work there named Brittany. She was amazing, since she left its been issue after issue after issue. The maintenance team has completed tickets without actually doing the work, or waiting weeks and weeks to get a fire alarm checked out. Most recently I have had issues with the process on the visitor parking as they don't have it clearly marked that cars need to be registered with the exception of one small sign. This process isn't stated in my lease or any of my accompanying leasing paperwork that I had received upon moving in. I had a scheduled appointment this morning with Jewell at 8:30am (Per the posted hours on the door and online this is when the office opens) but when I went downstairs the doors were locked. I heard people in the offices talking but no one answered my 3 phones calls, emails, or even me knocking on the door. I waited until 9am and had to leave for work. They also recently are trying to fine the residents for them not providing certain documents during the leasing process. When they are putting time requirements on documents they failed to provide there should not be a threat of charging the residents. Between the constant issues with elevators being down (one has been down since Nov. 2024 and the other 3 constantly being down), lack of communication, and overall lack of professionalism I would be leery of leasing here unless you are okay with those issues.

DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM In these apartments.
Terrible experience. I do not recommend living here.
During my time at this apartment, I experienced discrimination and mockery from the manager and their assistant simply because I don’t speak English well and because I’m Latina. It was a very painful and frustrating experience.
My roommate’s car was stolen three times from the parking garage, showing how poor the security is. They also overcharged me over $300 in late fees due to their website's failure to process automatic payments properly.
They even tried to evict me for being just one day late with my rent, even though I had always paid on time. That particular day, I was traveling and couldn’t access the system due to circumstances beyond my control.
They don’t care about their residents, offer no real security, and their treatment toward non-English speakers is unacceptable. Look for a place where you’ll be treated with respect and professionalism.

Hello all,
I am a former resident of BHOM, and I would not recommend moving here.
When my roommate and I arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a tour host who assured us that we’d be supported throughout the move-in process. However, by the time we moved in just a week later, there was suddenly a whole new management company, and that person was no longer available. We didn’t think much of it at first—but that quickly changed.
As time went on, we started noticing random and unexplained fees added to our rent. Although it was frustrating to constantly reach out for clarification, they did end up adjusting the charges when questioned, which we appreciated.
The real issues began when we voiced our concerns about the excessive trash left out by neighbors, including a dog mat in the hallway of a very hot complex. In 100° weather, all we could smell was dog urine and feces. It was unbearable, and nothing was done until that neighbor moved out. We believe this also led to a bug infestation, which required weekly pest control visits.
Another huge red flag: Do NOT rent a storage unit here. On two separate occasions, I came back to find my unit unlocked with the lights on. I know for a fact that I personally locked it—the unit was on the first floor, while I lived on the sixth, so I always made sure it was secure, especially since I had valuable items stored inside. One of those times, my belongings had clearly been rummaged through. I reported it to property management, and they did nothing—not even an apology. I contacted the police, and while they didn’t seem to care much, at least they filed a report. Still, I received zero accountability or resolution from the complex itself.
Unfortunately, my first apartment experience was ruined because of this place. I couldn’t wait to leave.
Lastly, the gate accusations are true. Anyone can access the units and the elevators were out OFTEN. Imagine that while living on the 6th floor in 100+ degree weather.
