The apartment themselves are ok. The area is really nice! The neighbors can be a bit loud but that's to be expected in an apartment. The issue is not really living there, it's when you move out. I kept my apartment spotless and had no animals. The carpet looked almost brand new when I moved out except for indents where my bed and chair were (which would have resolved after they cleaned it) AND is to be expected if you have furniture. I just got a bill for $900 to replace carpet that should not have needed to be replaced. If you decide to move here just know that no matter what, you will get a huge bill at move out! I have attached pictures of the carpet so you can see nothing is wrong but the indents (any change in color is due to shadows...there were no stains or discoloration). Also the pictures they provided me with show a bunch of debris on the floor that was not there when I moved out (I have a move out video) so who knows where it came from...if you move in, just be prepared for a large bill at move out...

This property is beautiful and the amenities are nice! throw monthly events that are fun but NONE of that is worth dealing with 1. constant noise that is only ever documented and nothing is ever done about it, my roommate had a 20 something year old who would blast his music until 3-4 in the morning and even on one occasion loud enough OUR upstairs neighbor came down to ask us to turn it off and once finally police had shown up he turned it off, then proceeded to flip off my ring camera and curse at us calling us names after the police had left… the office just “talked” with him but he was back to making noise 2 days later. 2. If you live in building 11 be prepared to place a pest control work order every single day, we’ve been living with ants since the day we moved in, they don’t just go for food or wood they have told us they don’t know what kind of ants they are but we’ve found them in drawers, in food, as I’m writing this they’re crawling on my desk that has 0 food items on it, they are relentless and we’ve thrown away at least $500 worth of groceries in the past year due to them getting into everything even sealed containers. 3. doorstep violations for a trash bag being half full, or too heavy, or left out without the trash can because you needed the trash can inside. I would rather walk my trash down to the garbage than pay $20 for a trash service that nitpicks and won’t pick it up if they don’t like how you left it out. And finally 4. Don’t give me an apartment with “luxury amenities” and then charge me when they need maintenance, and it was never listed in the replacement or maintenance agreement. Our apartment came with a fridge with built in water and ice filter, I’ve lived in many apartments with one and once the filter is old you place a work order and they come replace it, for free. Bluestem wanted to charge me $65 for something that came WITH our apartment then when my roommate brought it up with the property manager he stated we have to pay for every single thing that needs replacing even so much as a lightbulb would be $6 to replace if burnt out

Ashleigh, Bianca, Jazel, Raven have really maxed out the customer service element of the rental business. All four of them meet you with a smile and fix every little issue that comes up. I constantly have issues with technicalities and things I need help with. They handle it all for me. Just the other day I was in my home state and needed the thermostat changed. Just a simple phone call and they sent somebody right up to save my bacon. On another occasion, I was about a week late on rent and seven dollars short. This was no big deal and they didn’t even enforce the late fee. The pool is kept immaculate and coffee machine in tiptop shape. Additionally, I have never seen even a pillow out of place in the club room, and the workout facility is immaculate at all times. They must literally clean it every day. This is a property where you won’t feel congested and crowded. As a matter of fact, I have bulls in a pasture as a view outside of my room! Also a juvenile deer!
