Today, October 11th, marks my move-in day at 3333 Bleecker St. I anticipated a smooth transition with The Billingsley Collection Management, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. Upon entering the apartment, I found it was not cleaned, despite management assuring me they hired a professional cleaning service before my arrival. I've attached pictures of the unit from Day 1. Here are the issues I've encountered: 1. The bathroom cabinet shows signs of water damage. Management insists it's not mold but just water damage. 2. The windows in the bedroom and living room were left dirty, with a lot of debris present. I've included videos and pictures for reference. - I cleaned myself on 10/12. 3. The dishwasher is quite old. We requested a replacement, and while management agreed, I’m curious about how long that will take. - This is resolved on 1st week after my move in date. 4. There’s a large broken piece of wood under the kitchen sink, exposing the pipes and wires behind it. I've attached pictures of this issue as well. - This is resolved on 1st week after my move in date. 5. There's a small crack on the living room side wall, likely caused by either the previous tenant or the so-called professional cleaners who didn’t do their job. - This is resolved on 1st week after my move in date. 6. All cabinet doors are chipped, which management attributes to normal wear and tear due to the building's age. 7. The floors throughout the apartment are not clean; I can see dust everywhere. - I cleaned myself on 10/12. 8. The bottom of the patio door is damaged, and when I informed management, they acknowledged being aware of the issue. If they knew about it, why wasn't it addressed before my move-in? - This is resolved on 1st week after my move in date. After a lengthy discussion with management, I decided not to move into the apartment today due to the numerous issues. However, they refused to take back my keys and stated they would clean the apartment today. I'll come back and update my review if management resolves all the issues. As, I mentioned before I'm updating this review after 2 weeks i.e., on 10/26. I updated to 3 stars from 1 star because of immediate turn around of Maintenance people. I'll come back later and update my review again.
