I am still very satisfied since 2015 until now 2024 in this apartment and this upscale complex that I love very much we live in it as families in safety with all the good specifications for life in general and there are means of living such as swimming pools gardens playgrounds with general cleanliness I thank God for this place God bless all the workers in it in the management because they are always very kinds I thank all those in charge of the service of this family residential complex, Benton Point, because it has all the requirements for a good life and safe housing. This is almost the tenth year that I have been living in my apartment from 2015 to 2024. I am satisfied with everything in this beautiful, upscale place, close to all the necessary facilities for life. It is clean, beautiful, and its gardens, playgrounds, and swimming pools are always clean. This is great for any family who wants to live in apartments. God bless you all ❤️🙏 Love you all I have been living since 2015 until the beginning of 2022 I thank God for This place is the right and safe place for every family and for anyone who wants safety. Everything is available for practicing daily activities, from playgrounds to a sports center, swimming pools, complete care for everything, and a good view of the buildings and gardens. 10/25/2024 This place is comfortable to live in, with its services provided by the management and all the workers in the complex and the kind staff with all the residents. I recommend every family to live in this place for the safety and cleanliness of all its facilities, from playgrounds, swimming pools, and a gym, and its proximity to the public markets for our daily needs. 1/15/2025 I repeat the advice to every family and I still agree that this place is suitable for every family, first for safety and with all the facilities

Let me just start off by saying that my husband and I are pretty reasonable people. I never leave bad reviews for anything, but I am completely at a loss and don’t know what else to do. So this is to help anyone that’s deciding on moving here, make sure you read this. This has absolutely been the worst move-in experience we’ve ever had. We were scheduled to get our keys on June 12, but nothing was ready when we arrived. We ended up waiting over two hours to get access to our own apartment. We requested a garage parking space well in advance, and surprise, that wasn’t ready either when we came to get our keys. As usual, Mariana, who we’ve dealt with from the beginning, acted completely confused and disorganized. From day one, Mariana has either given us the wrong information or failed to provide important details altogether. We’ve had to chase her down for basic answers, and even then, it's like pulling teeth to get a straight response. Not only that, but she was really rude to me. When I asked if there were any cleaning services for the garage, because the space they assigned us was absolutely filthy, she suddenly got defensive and told me, “First of all, you’re not allowed to go in the garage,” even though I never went inside; the garage gate was already open when my husband and I saw the filth from outside. From there, she got even more rude and told me if I had any issues, I should go get my husband. To top it off, our 2nd car got towed last evening. The leasing contract only states that residents can park in "open space," whatever that means. It never clarifies how many spaces are available, which ones are reserved, or any specific parking rules. Mariana never explained any of this, no in-person explanation, no written guidelines, nothing. Only after our car got towed (which is costing us nearly $400) did she finally mention how parking here works- basically "open parking" means the spots without numbers. How were we supposed to know that without ever being explained? It’s mind-blowing how careless and negligent the management is. My husband emailed the manager to explain that our car was towed despite never being given any parking information. The response we received was a generic, corporate-style reply that basically said there was nothing they could do for us. So we will still have to pay the $400 to get our car back. This property takes zero accountability for their constant mistakes and will somehow twist the blame onto the residents. We’ve been here less than a week and it’s already been the worst experience. We have never had this many issues and such a stressful moving experience ever in our lives. If you’re considering moving here, please learn from our mistake, don’t move here. We wholeheartedly regret moving here at all.
