My partner and i have contacted previous and new managers about a leak that’s been traveling alll through our base boards walls and door frames ! this has been happening since we moved in, now that nothing has been done we now have BLACK MOLD (that they have tried to pass as “mildew”) on our ceiling and in our baseboards, we have a newborn as well as a 3 yr old, we’ve all been stuffy & sneezing for months due to this. we will be contacting health departments. they have continued to be sincere and say they place the work order as top priority and yet no one has came unless i call for a emergency maintenance and all they do is take pictures of it, but after that, after 2 months since no one came and they completely have been blantly ignoring the issue. i even gone as far as going up there with my kids to make sure they know and are receiving emails & still no one has came! this is very disappointing & frustrating!

I moved into this apartment complex back in November , and from the very beginning, my experience has been smooth, professional, and timely. Something you don’t always find when apartment hunting. The staff and management team have been great, but I have to give special recognition to Mayra.
She went above and beyond to help me through every step of the process. She was kind, patient, and truly cared about getting me placed in a home that fit my needs. She was consistent with follow-ups, answered all of my questions with grace, and made me feel like more than just a tenant, she made me feel valued.
I was heartbroken to hear about the upcoming management changes and that Mayra may no longer be staying on property. If there's any influence this review can offer, it’s this:
Mayra is the kind of property manager that makes people want to live here. Her presence has been a major part of why this complex feels like home.

I truly hope the new management team considers retaining them. People like them make all the difference.
(This is my 3rd time living on this property and the most comfortable I have ever been. )

Impossible to get in touch with them. My friend and I toured an apartment over a month ago and we absolutely loved it. The quote we were given had expired, and for nearly three weeks I’ve been trying to get in touch with their office to get another quote so that we can apply for the specific apartment that we wanted. Doesn’t matter if you leave voicemails or send follow-up emails; they completely ghost you. We should have known—when we showed up for our appointment, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to actually get a tour, and even then the phones were ringing off the hook with no answer. As you can imagine, we are no longer interested in moving in here!

I was wondering why all the positive reviews are for the rudest employee here- (don’t even have to mention his name, tour the place and you’ll find out) but it turns out he’s incentivizing people to leave good reviews since he can’t score one on his own. They don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. They're cutting the renters insurance due to new management- and can’t provide you with the minimum requirements to find it on your own. I asked if every resident is just to go without and was told an email was sent- which wasn’t. I hope the new management clears house because communication is non existent here, and when it is- you're talked to like you’re a bother.

As I near my one-year milestone in this apartment, I am satisfied with my decision. The apartment features a spacious open-plan layout with plenty of natural light. The pool and fitness center are particularly excellent amenities. The management staff, consisting of Mayra and Ronnie, are accommodating and responsive, addressing issues promptly. Considering all aspects, I recommend the Belmond apartments community to anyone seeking a convenient and cozy living space.
