Been living here for almost a year and can’t say enough good things about this community.
From day one, the communication has been excellent from the friendly and professional ladies at the front desk to the responsive and reliable maintenance team. Hailey is always a pleasure to work with, and Christopher and Paul consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is done right.
It’s clear they care about their residents and truly want us to feel at home and from my experience, they succeed in doing just that.
The community hosts regular events like pool tournaments, happy hours, Easter egg hunts, and food and coffee trucks, which really add a nice touch of connection and fun. The gym, pool, and grounds are always clean and well-maintained.
One thing I appreciated learning was that pest control comes on Tuesdays you just have to request it. It’s a simple process, and I haven’t had any major pest issues during my time here.
As for parking, as long as you register your car and have your guests do the same, you won’t run into any problems.
If you’re looking for a well-run community where things are done right, I highly recommend living here.

I can’t say enough good things about Bainbridge Creekside and the incredible team that runs it. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every resident feels comfortable, respected, and truly at home.
The environment is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to promote both comfort and community. It’s clear that a lot of heart and hard work goes into every detail—from the cleanliness and organization of the facilities to the quality of the programs and services offered.
The entire staff deserves special recognition for their compassion, patience, and dedication. They treat everyone with dignity and kindness, and their commitment to excellence is obvious in everything they do. It’s rare to find such a high level of personalized care and attention, and it makes all the difference.
I’m so grateful for Bainbridge Creekside and everyone who works there. They’ve created not just a place to live, but a true sense of belonging.

I moved into this apartment complex on may 14 2024. I only lived in my apartment unit for right under a year, before turning in my keys I spoke with the apartment manager asking her to walk the apartment with me so I could leave the unit up to their expectations. After walking the unit with a maintenance man I was asked to sweep leafs off the balcony along with 2 other small things.
Before walking the apartment I deep cleaned the entire apartment all the way from the baseboards, to the ceiling fans. Along with also scrubbing the inside of the fridge, oven, and sinks.
After turning in my keys I get told that my whole unit needs to be repainted(after only living there for a year) it needs a additional clean due to there being “ pet hair everywhere and in the window seals “ (keep in mind they charge a 400$ pet fee on top of the security deposit) also get told that there’s dust on my ceiling fans. (Will attach photos from a video I took before vacating the property/turning in my keys)
Paige has also been rude on multiple occasions. Paige also responded that the reason they couldn’t see all the “ damages/what needed to be done “ was due to the fact that there was stuff in my apartment which was false. They will also charge you 100$ for a scanning sticker that you have to peel off your windshield (not able to reuse). Even after doing the right thing and getting the apartment walked to meet their expectations/give them the chance to allow me to meet their standards, they were not fair and kept 70% of my security deposit. Have had vehicles towed 4-5 times. The only person who I would give 5 stars to is Hailey for her kindness.

Not a pleasant experience. The passive aggressive emails the leasing staff would send out to all residents were completely unprofessional. The parking is absolutely insane. The bugs are horrid. The way they keep every single door locked aside from the one right next to their desk, even though residents should be able to access the amenities without having to check in with them, is oddly controlling. The gates are broken 80% of the time and there is not a code option when letting your guest in. You have to download an app that GLITCHES most of the time to let anyone in through the gates (again IF they are working). Safety is iffy, we experienced a none resident pull a gun out on someone only a few feet from our front door. Coincidentally when the gates were broken. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
OH AND REGISTER YOUR CARS AND YOUR GUEST CAR EVERY SINGLE TIME. The towing fee is $320 and 50 minutes into San Antonio. No warnings, they just tow any and everyone.
EDIT TO ADD- Below is A perfect example of the passive aggressive response/emails they would send out to the entire community. Yes, I’m aware that We only called for pest control once because it was easier and quicker for us to handle it ourselves. I’m also aware of the emails you sent out about parking. I didn’t place blame on anyone, I simply warned other residents on the resident portal to help make sure they were registering their vehicles because towing had begun and you or one of your staff members quoted my comments And another residence’s complaints Word for word in an email that you sent out to hundreds of residents. You are passive aggressive, unprofessional, and I will continue to let others know.

Parking is terrible, they originally tried to charge our guest for parking, after getting backlash we now have to register our guest by scanning a QR code and you can only do it for 1 day at a time. The tow truck will come and make car alarms go off well past quiet hours. After having my guest registered for 3 days we were out for the day and had the time overlap and his car got towed at 11:40 pm so we got charged for 2 days of storage since they towed it so late. They will also tow your car 37 miles away which makes the situation for your guest even more complicated as they try to visit from out of town.
The front office is extremely rude. They will be very nice when you take your tour as others have said in the reviews. As soon as you sign the lease that will change. They can also enter your apartment while you are at work for whatever reason they want to. I have a dog that does not stay in a kennel and I had to leave work to come get my dog while they took more than 2 hours to replace a fairly new toilet. I was told by the front desk that if I did not come get my dog and they could not replace the toilet that day that I would be charged for the replacement. This toilet was not requested as there was no noticeable change in the original toilet and the new one.
When I first moved in there was an excessive amount of insects (cockroaches, spiders, and crickets) but since the complex was fairly new at the time I figured that would change, especially since we are paying monthly for pest control. Well almost a year later and I am actually seeing more spiders and cockroaches than I was even in the beginning.
Upon touring, I let the front desk know that I had 2 vehicles to myself and they stated that would be no issue registering both. Once the parking app was released 5-6 months in the lease turns out I could only have 1 vehicle registered.
The apartments look very nice but once you live here you will notice how poorly they actually are built. A command strip on the wall will tear any paint off the wall. There is patch work done all around the kitchen bar as the builders couldn’t make a wall straight. The gates to enter work half the time and exiting the front is extremely difficult with traffic.
Overall this apartment is overpriced and poorly built. I wish I would have known this before signing a year lease. I would avoid this complex.
