I have been living here for three months now and have had many issues with this place if I’m being honest. When I moved in I had a very long list of things that needed to be fixed such as a horrible stench which was caused by a cat that was apparently living in my apartment before I even moved in and it didn’t even come out until a month into me living here(they said they cleaned the smell which took a month or so before they even tried to clean it but a few days ago i walked into my kitchen and there the smell was again), my toilet is wobbly (the bolts on it are extremely rusted and should have been replaced before I moved in), the dishwasher is unusable because it has rust in it, my air conditioning unit leaks into my bathtub( which I know it isn’t supposed to do), and there’s many other things that shouldn’t have been an issue. These are just a few of the examples I talked about in the photos.
The management team is nice don’t get me wrong but whoever did the walkthrough to make sure this apartment was okay to live in did not do their job properly in my opinion.

They gave me a check list when I moved in and in another week it'll be a month to which no one has come to fix any of my issues. Upstairs neighbor has a leak which is leaking into the kitchen all over the cabinets and some of them are already moldy. There are other issues but this is the biggest one. My sink was also leaking hot water consistently so I've had to turn off the hot water but with the leak I really don't want to use or step foot in the kitchen, basically paying for an unusable kitchen. I've already gone to the office and let them know, maintenance has permission to enter my apartment but nothing seems to be fixed.
Year update:
They have done nothing about the upstairs neighbor. The cabinets above the stove were replaced but have been getting wet every other day from the leak that was never fixed. Maintenance has "fixed" the leak by replacing the drywall. It's been getting wet almost daily. It's so bad that water is starting to puddle up and head towards the bedroom where there is carpet. There has been roaches in this apartment since I've moved in on day 1. I would advise looking elsewhere for an apartment.

Have a veteran buddy that just moved here so I came to read reviews. I was thinking of moving here, but after reading reviews, NOPE! Not a chance in hell. The pics are nice until you get pics from actual residents. Shame on management!
All I can say is for those that have issues, call 3-1-1 and make a report. Code enforcement will be out within a couple days and they will give management X number of days to fix problems. I’m going thru the same issue with a place I lived into. Code enforcement has to give the landlord/mgmt company 10 days to fix things.

I went to apply for an apartment here, the model looked great. However they did inform me that I needed to upload all my paystubs through something called turbo pay or turbopass. Which is entirely understandable especially cause fraud is a major thing in our current time. I work for a company that doesn’t do payroll online; HR still
Signs paper checks. My company offers direct deposit but at the end of every 2 weeks on payday I still get a paper check stub. The assistant manager at this complex Ms. Amber stated that unless I can upload it online they are unable to
verify my paystubs. I asked if I upload pictures of the paystubs does it count; I was told no. It needed to come from the online payroll for example like ADP or quickbook, mind you I took in copies of all my paystubs, I asked to be on the safe side what other ways can we verify my income, maybe a company letter head, or even speaking directly to the owner. Because the company I work for is a small business and the owner just bought the company 5 years ago from the prior owner and we haven’t changed much about the way we do things. Including payroll. I get having protections against fraud that happens so often in this time. But if a job doesn’t offer it, and we’re expressing that but you believe this guy who owns the third party verification process who tells you EVERY company offers it. Yet a BUSINESS OWNER is stating NO WE DONT, how can you rent apartments out to willing tenants?? To tenants that WANT to rent from the complex?? How can you sit there and ASSUME all paper check-stubs are fraud? It honestly could’ve been because I’m only 23 and I get people are skeptical on renting to the younger generation. I just think Amber wants to make tenants jump through hoops to rent from their complex and at this point it isn’t even worth it. Or the trouble I’ve been given in the past 24 hours. It was also unprofessional how she kept saying “as I said before” “I’ve verified multiple times with the guy from turbo pass that all or mostly all companies offer online payroll” the key words there was MOSTLY ALL. Save yourself the trouble. Rent somewhere else.
