I left a review a few month ago and it was a rough one, this place was a big hot mess, but now I have to make an update since it won’t let me do a new review. We have a new manager and a need to say this people have been amazing, you can tell Manager Nina and her team want to make this place a better and a safe place to live in. They are willing to listen to your needs and really work on them, same with Maintenance team, Julio and the rest of the staff, I gave this place another chance by signing another year because I have seen how hard they are working to get this place together and I hope every day gets much better. Thank you Nina and all the staff we can see all the effort y’all are putting in this place to make it work! in This place it’s been like living in hell… I’ve been here for 8 month, day one getting my keys was a mess, people in the office so disorganized….. took me almost two days to get my keys, then the apartment was “Joes Apartment”, search Google movies you’ll know what I’m talking about. I had waste hundred of dollars for pest control, roaches everywhere don’t matter how clean it’s your apartment. I have a few friends here for more than a year and they said the roaches it’s a never ending thing and the office don’t respond to their maintenance request, I never had a key for my mailbox, I have to go to the office every time I need to get my mail and request the key, that’s what they told me to do. They have one person for maintenance for the whole complex so I don’t blame him, I have requested A/C filter replacement, A/C vent covers they get mold in a few weeks, pest control, leak in my bathroom sink, and they just will put the request as completed when it’s not. Two month ago I called for a leak on my bathroom sealing, they came over to look at it and that’s it, so they waited until the next day the sealing fell off to come and fix it. Now two month after that bathroom event that was fixed 3 days after I called because it was just a leak, still the towel rack that fell because of the sealing it still on the floor, I have made a few request, So I was told to go to the office with pictures to make this request, I don’t have time for that, this is what app service request for, sometimes I feel this place it’s a government agency where you go to get free benefits, when we’re paying here to live decently, this 8 month living here have been nothing but leaving in hell. I have seen tons of empty apartments and now I know why, and people coming and leaving a few weeks after their moving. And if you think this is drama like I thought it was reading this reviews before getting this apartment, let me tell you it’s not, see the pictures I’m posting and get your soul out of this place. Can’t wait 4 more month to get the hell out of here. I lived for 8 years at 8500 Harwood Apt and I remember making a service request and getting my door knocked in a few hours after my request, and never saw a roach inside my apartment, I left because apartments got expensive, but living here shows me it’s better to pay more to live in a decent clean place, with a good management and good maintenance service!
