I had a terrible experience. I started by walking in and greeting the receptionists. It was almost as if they were hesitant to respond. Sydney, the assistant, finally asked how she could help me. I explained my needs, and she told me to have a seat. We then went over the pricing and looked at the model unit for one of the layouts I was interested in. Sydney was initially nonchalant until I mentioned my profession. Suddenly, she became more friendly and talkative. I was impressed with the unit, the amenities, and the convenient location near my children’s school. So, I decided to apply and paid the $450 deposit on February 12. I also completed two different forms for verification via text and email from Verifast. I provided all my personal information and my children’s details, including their Social Security Numbers (SSNs), Driver’s Licenses (DLs), and Dates of Birth (DOBs). I called to check the status of my application since I hadn’t received a call within the promised 24 hours. The representative informed me that I had been approved but required to send her my first five SSNs and my children’s documents via email. This seemed unusual to me because I had never had to provide additional information beyond what was already on my application and the verifications I had completed. I decided to apply elsewhere and was approved quickly. On February 14, I emailed to cancel my application. Sydney responded by requesting my forwarding address for the deposit and informing me that it would take 30 days to process. I provided my new address once I had settled into my new apartment, but I never received a response. I recently emailed again on April 4 to inquire about the status of my refund. I had yet to receive it and still hadn’t received a response. It has been over 30 days, and my deposit should have been refunded by now. I kindly request someone’s assistance in resolving this issue. I have screenshots of all the communications for your reference. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a great experience at Arden Midtown, thanks to Laura’s amazing customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares and goes to help you feel comfortable in the place where it could be my next home. Highly recommend asking for Laura if you’re checking out the apartments and apartments are are amazing and spacious and clean I would highly recommend !!!!

Sydney was my guide, and she went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and provided detailed insights about the community and its amenities. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping people find the perfect home. The property itself is stunning, with a modern yet welcoming vibe, and the amenities are top-notch. I left feeling impressed not only with the community but with the level of service Sydney provided. I would highly recommend Arden at Midtown to anyone searching for a new place to call home—and be sure to ask for Sydney!

Our experience at The Arden was incredibly disappointing, all due to the awful customer service from Laura. She was rude, unprofessional, and had a smart mouth every time we interacted with her. Although we loved the apartment and amenities, we ultimately canceled our application solely because of how unhelpful and dismissive she was. To make matters worse, we heard countless complaints from residents about rodent issues, terrible parking, and unresponsive maintenance. For the price they’re charging, the quality of service and upkeep is unacceptable. There’s a reason they’re offering 6-8 weeks free—because no one wants to stay! Laura either needs serious training in customer service or should be replaced entirely. Every time we visited, she acted like helping prospective residents was an inconvenience. If I could give 0/5 stars, I absolutely would. Stay far away!
