I am extremely disappointed and lived here for a little over 3 years, I am a person who does not like to move unless I have to so even when my rent went up $500 I still renewed because I understand the rent is based off the market. Irma and the rest of the maintenance staff are wonderful, however the office staff is very unprofessional and rude. One of the leasing agents would even post TikToks bashing residents. When I first moved in they had foundation issues and boarded up all of the windows in my apartment and boarded the balcony door, this was a 6 month process and they gave me a very small discount on my rent, but the noise and darkness with the windows being covered was very inconvenient. I left my apartment spotless when I moved out and tried to have management walk the apartment with me before I handed in keys but Gabby said they do not do that and if maintenance said everything was okay then I will be okay. I received my move out statement and they charged me nearly $300 after keeping my deposit of $150 which I understand goes mostly towards the final water bill. I received an invoice that has an incorrect date on it from November when I moved out December 18th, so I called their corporate office because I am just trying to get an explanation for being charged so much for carpet that smelled of cat urine on my move in day and was definitely not brand new. I took pictures of the condition of the apartment that I lived in a little over 3 years because I figured their office would pull something like this because they have always been so hateful and as I mentioned they post on social media about residents… I will never live in another Amli community again and I am so disappointed in how unprofessional their office is and even upper management. The pictures I included with my review show that I left my apartment in great condition and also I did everything I could on my end and they were just too lazy to get out from their desk to come walk my unit with me before I turned in keys. Half the time they lock the front office door anyways! DON’T MOVE HERE, also not much to do in this area and weirdos from Dart like to break into cars!
