I am need the leasing office to keep my name out their mouths. Just because I made a mistake doesn’t mean keep asking my mom who I am. No I don’t live there and don’t want to. And the leasing ladies unprofessional first of all get your stuff in order. Two the lady is a liar nobody come and try to open the door. Three I didn’t kick the door the door was cheap I push it open so I can used the restroom I visit my mom sometimes. Y'all our nosey but need worried about ya’ll staff and the buildings it breaking apart. Need to be remodel and need be tear down. Other than that keep my name out ya’ll mouth I don’t want live at a place that unprofessional and don’t care about peoples condition. The attitude got to go if things ain’t fix around there people’s need to start suing. It just a cheap door frame that was knock down. Maintenance look lazy to me

I had the WORST living experience I’ve ever had in my life at Amberly. The neighbor that stayed beside me (unit 62) was the worse and made multiple complaints to the property manager, Krystal about “smoke smells” coming from my unit. She even complained that she smelled my cooking! Prior to moving into the complex, I was not given a “no smoking addendum” with my lease as I thoroughly reviewed it prior to moving in knowing that my boyfriend smoke cigars. After I signed the lease and moved in, the property manager tried to force me to sign an addendum stating it was a no smoking community. I continued to be harassed about this situation and even threatened by Krystal to be served a 30 days notice if I did not abide by her demands. The amount of harassment that I endured at this place caused a huge amount of anxiety as I had relocated to Texas from the east coast and had no family around. I ended up reaching out to corporate to release me from the lease without penalty due to the poor management of the property manager. I never had an issue from my other neighbor an neither did I smell anything coming from her apartment
These units are extremely outdated that has poor circulation and very poor ventilation. The utility bill is very expensive especially in the summer with the poor ventilation. The best part about this apartment is the attached garage and covered parking. I would STAY AWAY! You can find better

I plan to look at a few more properties but this place is at the top of my list.
