I lived here for two years and it started out just fine. But over the course of my time there everything went down hill. Management was just so poor. Anything and everything that you can think can go wrong with an apartment complex went wrong. Maintenance was terrible, slow and unprofessional. If you needed anything fixed it would take days/weeks to the point where you would need to call the front office just to remind them about your maintenance request. And when maintenance did show up it was the most piss poor job completed. Near my move out date I notified them of a small amount of mold near the tub area and all they did was just put caulk over it (maintenance order in images attached). Absolutely insane. Also my fridge was broken for about 3-4 months and they kept trying to fix it, when I told them over and over just get me a new fridge. So much groceries just wasted due to their incompetence to fix a fridge or just get me a new one. The up keep of the complex was terrible. From constant trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere, birds nest and bird poop every where, etc. The pool area was a constant mess, large parties all the time, extremely loud music, absolutely no way to just have a relaxing pool day. This place is so run down and has no silver lining in sight. Also if you need anything from the front office you will be met with constant attitude as if you’re the problem for needing something from the management team. The nail in the coffin was when I was moving out, one of the front office staff tried to claim that I didn’t pay my final balance amount and had accrued all these late fees. She even said “yeah this is what happens when you don’t pay your bills”. I told her I was adamant I paid everything I owed, as she was the one I spoke to on my move out date and confirmed I paid everything. She was persistent on calling me someone who doesn’t pay my bills and late fees is what you get when you’re that kind of person. I requested her manager. So when she went to go speak her manager, her manager stated that the balance was left in error and should not have been there thus all the late fees were an error too. So when she came back to tell me she STILL had an attitude and said it was error sorry but you still have to pay moving clean out fees(video attached). I have no problem paying my move out cleaning fees, but to go the point to accuse me of not paying my bills without taking 2 seconds just to confirm the charges are accurate is so terrible. The most unprofessional despicable experience with an apartment complex staff. Highly highly do not recommend this place. Stay as far away as possible.
