Album Keller Ranch is a fabulous place to live. The Management Staff is wonderful. They are always available to listen to the residents, and following up on requests.

I wouldn't rent from this place with office workers who are dishonest. The lady with long brown hair in the first office on the left as soon as you walk in got me a contract violation through DoorDash after saying she did not receive her Starbucks order even though it was handed directly to her after confirming the name on the order. I went to the office this morning to try to talk to her so she understands the gravity of the situation for someone that is new to Texas, lost everything moving here, and just signed for a new car a week ago. She looks pretty well off so I don't know why she would need some free Starbucks by lying, meanwhile, I could lose everything all over again that I have worked the past two years to get back. The office manager would not allow me to talk to the girl because it didn't have anything to do with the complex itself and it was a "personal issue". But I would suggest staying away from this place because it seems they like to rip people off all the way around. Oh and she had a Starbucks drink sitting in front of her that she got on her way into work this morning. Free, I'm sure because of Door dash credit for a supposed order that wasn't delivered.
And while I did have a conversation with the office manager since I couldn't talk to the guilty party, she seemed very dismissive while I was speaking, saying "sure" and "yeah" several times, talking over me. Don't let that big cross around her neck fool you.

Album Keller Ranch / Greystar billed us $462 for carpet replacement. When I disputed it and asked for some documentation, I received 2 photos. The first shows something that’s primarily on the baseboard and partially on the edge of the carpet that could easily be cleaned and/or trimmed. I can’t tell what the blue photo is, presumably some kind of stain that shows up under blue light, that looks like it can be easily removed. Bottom line, absolutely no reason we should owe $462, and it looks like an excuse to make us help Greystar replace their carpet (if they did: no invoice or ‘after’ pictures).
The claim there has been “heavy traffic” is ludicrous. The apartment was occupied for 18 months by two 70 year-old people and a 6 pound toy poodle. The common area wasn’t carpeted - only the 2 bedrooms were - and we kept the bedroom doors shut so the toy poodle couldn’t get into the bedrooms alone. The traffic was minimal and any wear was from normal use.
Who knows what the blue light thing is about or what caused it. It was probably there before we moved in. We had the apartment professionally cleaned when we moved in and when we moved out - Album Keller Ranch certainly didn’t - and they left a huge stain in one of the bedrooms (not to mention that the bedroom fan was hanging loose as were the fixtures over the kitchen island.
Anyone looking to move there needs to be aware this is how things are, and you’ll probably be asked to pay for things you shouldn’t owe.

We completed our move in on August 16th. We're still settling in, however, we are so pleased with everything so far. The B3 2/2 apartment is roomy with plenty of storage. The neutral, clean color palette allows us to make it our own. We are impressed with the amenities and the quality of the events. We are home.
