There are a 3 options to rent a furnished apartment:
1. The most affordable way is to rent the apartment and then have a company come in and furnish the apartment for you. Your furnishing needs are completely customizable and can select only the rooms you need furnished. Some company’s that provide this service are:

2. You can go through a corporate apartment market that has pre-selected apartments ready to be furnished. Your lease will be with the company but can get expensive.

3. The most rare and expensive is to lease through the complex and has the apartment already furnished. We are only aware of a few properties that do this and found the process to be expensive and furniture out dated.
