Smartlocating.com

 

Think of smartlocating.com as our MLS Apartment Database.  It tells us which properties work with locators and has useful information for clients. Here we prepare reports and send out invoices.

Agents will be responsible for aquiring this third-party software.  Usually the website will have a 7 day free trial and then is cost between $30 -$50 / month depending on the agreement length.  You will need a smartlocating account to begin training.  Please use your personal email to activate your account.
