I first want to let everyone know I was an apartment manager for over 30 years, so I do know the way a property and its residents should be taken care of. We moved here from Houston 3 years ago. The first year was great but then it wasn't. When you start seeing high turnover of the staff and management company changes over and over, you know where the problem lies and things are going down hill. That's exactly what's happened here. This is the second summer where the pool is rarely open and if they say it is the water is so cloudy no one in their right mind would dare get in it. This Memorial weekend no one was at the pool. Now there's a "pool closed" sign up AGAIN. The landscaping is so bad that in most of the areas it's nothing but mud, so everytime it rains the sidewalks are covered in it, making it a huge liability. I had to beg and beg for rocks to be placed in front of our patio to prevent the mid from washing in, all the way to the back door. My neighbor's son had to scrape the sidewalk this morning himself just so it was safe for his elderly father to walk on. Potholes in the driveways are awful! Recently they sent out notices about how they had contracted for repairs. Lol. They paid attention to the shop by the office and made a few yellow marks on sidewalks but not really repairing them. The potholes remain and the contractors (I saw 3) have disappeared but the potholes remain. Pipes are constantly breaking meaning frequent water rurn offs. Then when they do dig up areas to repair they don't fill them back in, also a liability. There's two areas that still have caution tape around them a month later. Dead trees and bushes all over. Junk by dumpsters every day. Buildings, ours especially, have settled so badly that we have bad cracks inside our apartment and our patio door has a huge gap at the top. Two windows leak. So mosquitos and flies are the norm inside our unit. They've had numerous contractors out to bid over 2 1/2 years but nothing becomes of it despite all the promises. In the past they've wanted to put a bandaid on the cracks which doesn't solve anything. You HAVE to level the building. Ive co.ained about all of these things numerous times but all I get are pro.ises which are never fullfilled. As I mentioned before, I've been in property management for many years and I've always said I'd never give a bad review as long as I saw valid attempts at correcting the issues. That's not happening here and after this long I don't believe it will. Only positive is the office and maintenance staff are super nice, but I know from experience their hands are tied and they are restricted as to what they can and cannot say. Unfortunately, the owners and management company are inept, at best. This actually surprised me as Greystar (newest management company) used to have a stellar reputation when I was in the industry. Things sure have changed. I would never continue to work for owners and a management company that cared so little about it's community and residents. I'm sure they'll respond to this with the typical scripted reply but I'd rather see results. I don't need to "talk" to you about my concerns. I already have, numerous times. I'll update when I see RESULTS.

For the price, DO NOT live here.
I was here 3 years and should have moved out the first year.
When I moved in, the AC was broken and I had to find alternative housing for 3 weeks with zero compensation from Noah.
I was able to move in but had to buy a $500 window AC to keep it cool enough.
Then the new AC began streaming water out of the duct in the guest bathroom for over a year with multiple visits by maintenance without fixing.
There was a major mold problem in the AC ducts.
Water was shut off CONSTANTLY.
Landscaping and dog waste was unmanageable.
The pool was always closed or too gross to enjoy.
The maintenance team was always very nice and tried, but I feel they were understaffed and lacked the support amd resources they needed to fix serious issues.

Huge thank you to Taylor, in the front office. My husband and I are very inquisitive and thorough. Not once, did she seem annoyed by our multiple calls a day. She made the move in process seamless and always gave us options instead of making demands. We are almost completely moved in and are very pleased. The amenities are on point and we love the trash pickup! We are very grateful to call NOAH our new home.

for an apartment at this price point it is inappropriate that we lost our access to running water as many times as we did. emails come in monthly stating that pipes burst and that we will lose our water. the water is always shut off for minimum 10 hours. in our last couple of months here our in unit washer started leaking and smoking and it felt like pulling teeth even getting someone to come take a look at it. the maintenance request among many others for our unit were sent in and unresolved for multiple weeks. we were forced to, instead of doing laundry in unit like we paid for, go and spend money at laundromats to get our clothes washed. i called emergency maintence when our washer was actively smoking and smelt burnt and was told someone would come by. no one came by. they didn’t even bother to ask for the unit number. the few times i have interacted with maintenance and the office team they have been kind. the lack of communication amongst the team and to its tenants has made the final months living there unbearable. we did not have a washer and stuff around the apartment kept breaking as it is cheaply put together. it is unfortunate that i have to write this review but my roommates and i were dissatisfied with our lease. accidents happen and pipes burst but, again, we literally lost access to water monthly for hours at a time. spend the money and fix things correctly so that they will not continue to break.
after move out we received an email stating we were getting only $200 of our $1000 deposit back. the email stated that we could see the list of work done in an itemized list but… weren’t provided with an itemized list…
called to ask what they were charging us for as our apartment was spotless when we moved out and was told my balance wasn’t fully paid. asked for an email with details, didn’t receive an email.
the one star is for the maintenance team. while it took too long for anyone to come, they have always been professional and kind when they do come to our unit. i’m not sure their names but the main few guys who do come get their work done and are always sweet about it. once i went down to the office in person and complained about not having anyone come look at our requests, they came and knocked them out in a week, so thank you to the gentlemen on the maintenance staff.

I lived at NOAH Apartments for a year and faced consistent, unresolved issues that made living here extremely difficult. From the day I received the keys, the AC was broken, leaving the apartment at 90°F and uninhabitable. I had to find alternate housing while the issue was supposedly addressed, but the office did not resolve it in a timely manner. When the AC was finally fixed, it ran but did not cool the apartment properly—it was still very poor.
Unfortunately, this was not a one-time issue. Near the end of the lease, the AC stopped working again, and the apartment reached 89°F. Throughout the entire lease, the water was frequently turned off, sometimes for consecutive days and without advanced notice. Based on portal messages, I calculated the total downtime to be 88 hours and 52 minutes. This caused major inconveniences, including being unable to shower, use the bathroom, or complete basic daily tasks.
Additionally, there were significant potholes in the complex’s driving areas that were never repaired during my entire lease, making daily access to the apartment unsafe and frustrating. The pool was also closed for extended periods, further reducing the amenities expected from this complex.
Overall, management’s slow response to urgent maintenance issues, repeated service interruptions, and neglect of basic infrastructure made living here extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this complex based on my experience.
