This place is literally infested with roaches, ive been here about a week, and ive seen over 35, killed over 10, and they sent an exterminator that tried to act as if there was no roaches in the apt. The front office is slow and will not return emails or calls, the general state of the apt is abysmal, but with so many roaches this place is not fit for living in, its a hazard. Im going to be canceling my lease and returning the keys today, hopwfully they dont try to scam me out off too much of my money. Also a big tree snapped and half the branches and other debris is just sitting there obstructing a walkway, its been there a week. I would never recommend someone live here, its literally a hazard and management seems to not care at all.

Been living here for about 7 months now and honestly the only good thing about this place is the price. But you pay for what you get. Hardly any parking with a gate that never closes allowing anyone to park into the spots you pay for. Maintenance is excessively loud while working on near by apts from 7-10 am almost every other day. There’s a tree that hangs over a parking spot that scrapes up the paint job on your car if you park under it. Not to mention when I first moved here I was given a “guest parking pass” to hang on my car which eventually got my friends car towed. When brought to the offices attention once I went into to the office because they answered none of my calls I was told they can’t refund the charged or pay for it since they don’t see it as their fault. Definitely wouldn’t look into this place or let alone renew a lease.

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a year, and while the unit itself has been fine, my experience with the management office has been frustrating and disappointing—especially during the lease renewal process.
As the sole income provider in my household, I asked early on to be considered for a smaller unit to help reduce my expenses. I made multiple efforts—through visits, calls, and emails—to work with the office. Despite this, I received no clear answer until the very last day of my lease, when the manager did a walkthrough and immediately dismissed the possibility of a transfer, basing her decision on the condition of one stair area that had some mess from my dog. I explained I had been working long hours and my shampoo machine had broken, but overall the apartment was in great shape. I even resolved a previous roach issue myself using borax and other treatments.
When I asked if she could speak with her supervisor on my behalf, her response and attitude were unprofessional and dismissive. She told me, “If you don’t like it, you can move out.” I had no time or resources to find another place, so I asked to proceed with renewing the lease and signed it that same day via the online portal.
Now, almost a month later, I’ve received an email stating that my rent is increasing by $200—without prior notice or explanation. I’ve tried repeatedly to speak to someone higher up, but I keep getting redirected to the same office staff who have shown little care or accountability.
It’s incredibly stressful not knowing whether this is due to a communication failure or a system error, but in either case, residents deserve clarity, respect, and professionalism—especially when it comes to their homes. I hope someone in upper management sees this and addresses the lack of transparency and courtesy at this property.
Office staff doesn't answer the phone. Called several times, different days. No answer.

Customer service is always a sour experience. Personal reasons had to pay my rent late, I get off at 11pm so I went online to pay my rent but the July utilities had already been posted to my balance and only have enough to pay my rent late fee and utilities for July. So the system wouldn't accept my payment online. On June 30.
10am I went to the office 07/01/2025 to get assistance from the leasing office, had the displeasure of speaking with Veronica, Which only gave push back on my situation and how I have a lease agreement. I understand that, I am trying to pay my rent. I asked her is there is someone else I can speak with above her and she response with, "The Lord!" With a smirk on her face as if using the Lord's name in vain is tasteful. But please do better with these leasing agents, I thought the point of them is to help if needed not make us feel bad for our current situation that is out of our control.
The property itself is ok, can't complain, no one messes with my I'm always inside or when I walk my dog, I say hi to other kind residents walking their dog. I am grateful to affordable living. If someone in upper management can help I would greatly appreciate it.
Ps. Here we are July 1 and the pool is dirty and broken. Even though it's one of the amenities they promote.
