If you’re looking to move here do it! This place is gorgeous, we’ve only been here for a month and half so far but I have nothing but good things to say. My apartment is beautiful and came with all the amenities which is awesome, and the pool outside is so nice and always clean. We love cooking on the grills outside or hanging by the fireplace. And if you’re worried about bugs I haven’t even seen an ant here they’re very good about pest control. The front end staff are very friendly and helpful and the maintenance guy is always here to help if needed. I also love the free coffee in the lobby and gym is also very nice. I enjoy doing the workout classes in there! The only thing I could say that might impact your stay is the stairs. We live on the third floor so we knew what we’d be getting into but if you can’t climb stairs I’d definitely look for a floor level apartment cuz it’s a lot of stairs. If they had an elevator this place would be 11/10! But overall if your looking for a place this is it I feel like I’m on vacation everytime I come home from work😄

From the moment I came to inquire about an apartment, I was greeted and taken very good care of. Olivia was my point of contact and very informative, she managed to answer every question and show me multiple options. This was my first apartment so I was hesitant but it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. I love all the amenities, the privacy and the ambiance here at the grand.
One yr update: I chose this place based off my amazing customer friendly experience from Olivia (sad she is no longer here). To know surprise she found a better job after 3 months of me meeting her. Darrell the maintenance guy is top tier and always able to complete work orders in a timely manner and shows customer service consistently. Now to the horrible service or lack thereof from the so called management by Meghan or her assistant Stephanie is laughable but the internet service you are forced to pay for and not receive is just as bad. The internet service has went out this yr alone I documented was 5/20, 6/5, 7/19, 8/11 and recently 8/20. I have escalated my concerns to fake AT&T/ GigStream and they offered me a $50 giftcard. Still waiting on a supervisor from 8/11/2025 outage from GigStream. Did I add on Friday 8/15/25 my storage unit was broken into and items stolen on the property? The police have been here twice, I went to the front office 8/18/25 and advised Megan and Stephane the police needed them to provide them the apt #'s with cameras and Megan advised they couldn't do that. I then advised her it's for the police to assist me and possibly catching the violators who touched my things and she said she would take care of it. Here it is 8/22/25 and no follow up but probably paid reviews today on yelp from them. Megan advised I reached out to my insurance for a claim and Get this, They have a security gate that's not always closed for our protection. There are no cameras on the property and they want you to have mandatory $100k insurance and force you to pay for an internet service that isn't steady. You can't get another provider out here because I have called around and this is why they show no empathy or concern for tenants. Everything covers them in the lease you sign and therefore Megan or Stephanie could care less about what "services" the apartments offer that do not work. I advised Megan I can no longer work from home and not have internet, I asked for get out my renewed lease because how do they expect you to pay rent when you aren't getting paid cause you can’t work with non steady Internet or providing a resolution to your tenants? Management is a joke!!!! corporate is next and then I'll go to the news and embarrass this place the way they have disrespected us as tenants. Beautiful building and amenities but awful customer service, it should be illegal to have a gated community with no property cameras but have a lease saying we aren't responsible. Megan nor Stephanie have be at the front in a position and not have customer service skills

If you work from home or heavily depend on a good internet, do yourself a favor and don't move here. You'll thank yourself. The other reviews about the Internet are not lying, so please take this into consideration. This complex forces you to use Gigstreem internet, it is $80 a month and built into your contract. It is absolutely horrible. It will disconnect multiple times per week. And what sucks even more is that when it does go down, it's usually out for the whole day. It does not get fixed quickly, you'll have to wait at least until the next day. It has gone down for multiple days straight sometimes, and that's just unacceptable. Gigstreem doesn't help at all if you call them. They literally tell you that they can't do anything because their service is actually at&t, and they themselves can't do anything to help you. There is no modem or router you can reset, etc. The fact that Grand at Cibolo continues to use Gigstreem is disappointing, and makes me feel like they don't care about their customers quality of life/satisfaction. If they did, they would look into switching from Gigstreem. The apartments themselves are nice, and the staff members are nice, but the Internet is so bad, it's basically not worth it. It really is THAT bad.

Even one star was a little much. Internet is horrible, goes out days at a time at least a few times out of the month for a day or two. Had a horrible ant problem to where my daughter woke up to ants all over her bed. Doors don’t shut right. My dishwasher went out August 2nd. Was scheduled for maintenance to come on a Monday and they didn’t come til Wednesday only to see that I might need a new one. Calls me to schedule for them to come see August 26 from the hours of 9am-12pm. Never came, called the front. They rescheduled for September 2nd without letting me know. Only for the dishwasher company to come August 27th with no heads up to tell me that they can’t come until September 10th to fix it. Trash pick up people expect you to have your trash out by 7 but won’t pick up til 9-9:30. They made a mess once and when my husband confronted them about cleaning it, they didn’t pick up our trash the following 2 days. Also got a warning for leaving trash bag on the floor for pick up ($50 if it did happen again) when I called to see if I can cancel my lease a month before move out they asked for $3k even when I’ve had countless issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
