I have been having severe mail theft on this property since June 2024 and I've had credit card, w-2, insurance card, and even Christmas gift. I have told management several times, filed a case with USPS and no results. There should be cameras on this property securing our mail. It is a federal law for mail to be delivered to a safe location. I have yet to ever be late on my rent and this has gone too far with no results. I moved from phase 2 of this property to phase 1 and still going through the same thing.

Do not move here they don’t fix nothing and if they do come it takes them months js to come out even though the man that is supposed to be fixing, everything is just riding around on the golf cart all day, not doing nothing.Then they have bugs. And don’t get me started on the rent. It’s high for absolutely no reason. so my mom had to get a lawyer in the first thing the lawyer said was you complaining about more apartments aren’t you? Is the fact that the lawyer had many clients come to her because half of them can’t pay the rent because it’s so high now we stayed in a two bedroom apartment for 1400 a month. So to sum everything up they’re lazy around here and just want you to pay them.

They once towed my truck on accident. I tried to schedule a walk through when leaving my keys and she said "no! If we need you we'll give you a call!" 11 months later I have a bill collector saying I owe them for not scheduling a walk through. They never gave my deposit back. Ive been trying to contact them, but its not possible apparently. Early in the lease, I couldn't understand some inconsistencies and the manager hung up on me. Always had my packages stolen. The hot water took 15 minutes. The base rent is not actually the base rent. There are a bunch of other mandatory fees including spectrum. Also, dont try and call them, they wont answer, ever. Would not wish this place on a friend.

To Whom This May Concern Let Me Start Off By Saying Don’t Waste Your Money On These Apartment It Look Good Prices Of Rent Sound Good But The Unit And Management Ain’t All That I Am A Current Tenant For 3 Months Now I Moved In November 19th Of Last Year And I’ve Had Problems Since Day 1. My First Issue Was That I Asked For A Specific Unit And Was Told That I Would’ve Got It. I Asked Herlinda Constantly Are You Sure My Unit Would Be Ready On The 19th And She Said Yes, When It Came Time For The Move In And I Was Signing The Lease I Was Informed That My Unit Wasn’t Ready. As You Could Probably Tell I Was Highly Annoyed Because I Had Been At Work Since 6 That Morning And Had Already Checked Out Of My Hotel. I Finally Got A Unit Around The Closing Office Time. I Have Been Complaining About The Heat/AC Unit Since November 30th And The Problem Has Gone Unsolved They Send The Maintenance Man Just For Him To Say It’s Working And Leave. I Have Gotten Very Aggravated With The Dragging Of The Feet When It Comes To My Tenants Rights. I Have A Toddler Who All Of You At That Office Pick Up And Play With Every Time Y'all See Her. So I’m Not Understanding Why When I Called About The Heat And My Daughter Crying, Sweating, Profusely And Having Asthma That I Was Told It Was Not An Emergency And They Would Fix It In The Morning Yet Nobody Came Till Late. Another Instance Where I Felt Disregarded Would Be Yet Again I Was Mentioning The Heat Issue And I Keep Receiving Gmails About Pizzas, Donuts Etc, I Do Not Care About Any Of That None Of That Keeping Me Warm When It’s Freezing Cold Outside Nor Is It Keeping Me And Mines Cool When It’s Extremely Hot Outside. I Also Don't Appreciate The “ I Don’t Know Why You’re Sending These Screenshots” When You And I Both Know Why I Am Sending Them. It Was 2 Degrees Yesterday And Guess Who Didn't Have Any Heat? If You Guessed Unit 21005 Then You Would Be Absolutely Correct. I Have Also Recently Had A Mouse That I Myself Had To Buy Mouse Traps And Catch Myself. I Have Reached Out To Code Of Compliance. I Have Repeatedly Asked For Cooperate Number And A Copy Of The Lease And I Keep Getting Ignored. My Lease Not Even Almost Finished And I’m Already To Move Because Time And Time Again You Guys Shown Me And From Your Reviews That You Guys Don’t Care About Your Tenants And It’s All About Taking People Money On The First. So If You’re Looking For A Apartment Keep Riding Pass This One If I Can Rate Zeros Stars I Would But One Star Would Work Highly Disappointed P.S.
