First things first the place nice and scenic. Perfect for a bachelor or single working adult. Amenities are nice and up to dat and the floor is great to me. Secondly the fact that Poncie so welcoming and has made the process soo easy and comfortable and fast getting everything ready is the cherry on top for me. She is a great communicator and she is very helpful and friendly. Which is a big deal for me. Definitely looked forward to my seeing what the future holds for me as I get settled into the community.

The property is horrible, no grass, no scenery, just dirt, visible pipes and now rocks everywhere. The units are outdated and ALWAYS have issues. AC/Heat always broken, made no sense to be paying $159 extra each month JUST for water alone when I never even used much water. Parking sucks, don’t have visitors because they will most likely get towed. You will even get towed!!! There were break ins all the time and ant problems.
Don’t let the “New look” fool you. Those wood panels that cover the old black bars give the complex a luxurious look but there is nothing luxurious about it.
Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they had no where else to go. This complex helped because of the low rent (which they have went up on prices) but with low rent, of course it’s not going to be high value so it was expected.
You’re better off at the budget suites down the street than to be here and make sure you document EVERYTHING because you’ll be paying at least $3000 EVEN though your lease is over and some with. They will take your security deposit and make up a million other charges so, just beware!

I had lived here in the apartments for about 3 1/2 years and the only reason I moved out was to buy a house if it wasn’t for that I would’ve stayed here for much longer.
When I first moved in before Poncie became manager. I genuinely thought I was going to move out within the first few months, but after she took over the complex was much more organized. I am not gonna lie there were a few times where there was a little bit of confusion between where visitors can park and stuff like that, but once I started talking with the front office and making sure I had a good understanding of where my visitors could park and or where I could park I stopped having issues. Anytime there was something wrong with the apartment whether it be a pipe leaking, the sewer system backed up or even as simple as an outlet that no longer holding onto my plugs Max was there within about 24-48 hours during the business days (unless it was an emergency) and even if he didn’t fix it that day he would give me a timeline of how long it would take and when I should expect him to be back. Max had been there since I moved into the apartment back in 2021 and I have never had any issues with Max. He is very professional and as long as you communicate with him, he’ll communicate with you. Since Poncie took over as property manager, the community has become so much more lively and well maintained. They have added more visitor parking and updated the exterior of the building. The property is older, but with her and Max at the property, I will always recommend this place for all of my friends and family.
Even though the property is not within walking distance of really anything, there is a pretty decent size park that shares the property line with the apartment complex.

I have been at Neurock of Meadow Green for almost two years. Initially I wasn’t sure if I was going to move here or to a different complex in the same area. The reason I chose to move to Meagow Green - Poncie. She is just the kindest and most conscientious person. She has always gone out of her way to help me and other residents. Poncie and Max are an amazing team and they both really do such a great job. Additionally I would like to add that I am really enjoying all the improvements that have been made to the property. I have gotten home very late at night before and have always felt safe. I have never had any issues with loud or disruptive neighbors. I have enjoyed living here these past two years

Paid every single month of my lease. New system brought inl and lost my 60 day notice. Went back in forth with management who viewed me as a model tenant. Why would I pay every month of my lease to leave unannounced and owe 2 months after I'm gone? I have completed an additional lease at another property (after Meadow Green verified my complted lease history) and found out as I attempting to rent again that there is $2500 owed to Meadow Green on my rental and credit report. That's the thanks I get for being on time and taking exceptional care of my apartment despite a broken oven, pest (cockroaches and ants) and mold problems. Lawn crews spraying debris over cars and all over the windows and doors. Overflowing trash cans and predatory towing practices. Max literally intentionally slammed his truck door into my car while unbeknownst to him, I was sitting in it. Saw me and kept walking like nothing happened. Old, damaged, mirrored sliding doors, moldy popcorn ceilings, trash under the cabinets at move in, airplane and factory noise. Despite it all, I remained beyond cordial and respectful.
Even as Max and the manager who I won't name, told me directly they called a tow truck, knowing my car, name and my apartment that was less than 100 ft from where I was parked. Had a rental towed using my allowed parking spot.
Won't post pics of BLACK MOLD in many residents home who warned me after they came and bleached my kitchen storage area to kill it. Toxic pest control chemicals that cause migraines if you stay after they're applied. Yet I paid on time EVERY MONTH I WAS UNDER LEASE. Knowing the new system was in trial and I took care of my place on a level that It was reference as a model for inspection, I now cannot rent because of the greed and dishonesty. The below subpar conditions of the property has finally shown itself in the character of the staff.
Unfortunate garbage.
Notice how they choose to speak to you as though the "officia" rules apply without consideration of human error on their part or yours. Never accountability or consideration for the condition of the property or negligence of their practices or the position they place your family in. There was no talking, just repeating and justifying their position. No true understanding or considerate dialouge. Just An attempt at a professional response to a way less professional experience. Pest control was routine . I could go on, but there is no need because real care resolves, not justifies. The position you're willing to impose upon peoplesl lives is disgraceful and unfortunate especially when you know that property was subpar at best. If You really wanna resolve an issue you reach out, not ask someone you victimized to reach out. You have my email. Tricks and lies. Do your homework. Go talk to residents. Visit at night on the weekends. Ask about the person found deceased in the parking lot. In an abandoned car. Investigate 1st.
