Millennium Place has probably been my best apartment experience to date. Firstly, the move in specials were an HUGE steal! It’s a tremendous value for such a nice property. The apartments are very spacious with great fixtures and amenities. I’m especially loving my ample patio space with a pool view :)
All the office staff have been awesome and friendly. Alyssa was super helpful and kind in making my move in experience fast and smooth. Perla was very warm and took the time to gently explain when I had some issues with my dishwasher :) and while I’ve not had much experience with Natasha she’s been very pleasant in my brief interactions.
My dishwasher had some issues and maintenance was quick to take care of the problem. The grounds are also kept very clean and are well maintained.
Lastly the community events have been quite a sweet touch. My neighbors have also been very friendly and kind as I’ve met them in the hallways and elevator etc. It truly feels like such a family here and I highly recommend checking it out!

Millennium has been one of the best apartments complexes I’ve lived at. The staff is very friendly, especially Perla, super helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had. Maintenance issues for me get resolved pretty quickly. Overall a good place to live

My original review was removed but when I say that I loved staying here. I loved it! The staff, the amenities, the cost efficiency for luxury living was beyond appreciated on my end. I was only there 1 year but it was the best experience ever. I honestly didn’t want to move but had to because of my job. From the original staff Taelor, Leeandrea, Natassia to the most recent ladies Jasmin (although she was promoted, congratulations again) Perla (I hope that I didn’t misspell your name, if so call me so I can acknowledge you correctly) and Alyssa. I appreciate yall so much for the kindness, engagements and professionalism. Yall have and are doing an amazing job. I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and frustration with the process surrounding the termination of my apartment lease at Millennium Place. While my move-in experience was smooth and straightforward, the process of vacating has been overwhelmingly stressful and problematic.
I initiated my early lease termination in August, well beyond the 60-day notice period, with my lease officially ending on October 31st. In preparation for my move, I took proactive steps to remove my belongings in advance, accommodating my work and travel commitments to ensure a seamless transition and to facilitate thorough cleaning of the apartment.
However, I was deeply distressed to discover that my personal cleaning supplies including a vacuum, mop, toiletries, and other items went missing after the patio inspection conducted between September 23rd and 26th. I returned home on October 4th to find these items missing. These belongings were new and intended solely for cleaning purposes on that day. The removal of these personal items without my knowledge or consent is entirely unacceptable, especially considering I still retain ownership of the apartment until October 31st. Maintenance or any other personnel should not assume or remove personal property without explicit permission.
Furthermore, on October 6th, I received an email with a photo of some of my belongings that were reportedly taken and returned, the photo shown below, with some items appearing to be used.
Regarding lease payments, I have paid for August (due 07/31/2025), September (due 08/26/2025), and an early payment for October (due 09/24/2025). The property manager previously informed me that if I initiated the lease termination process in August, these payments would cover my rent through October 31st, aligning with my lease end date within the 60-day notice period. However, on October 15th, I received an email stating I owe an additional full month’s rent for October, which is inconsistent and incorrect given my prior payments.
Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification via email on October 15th, 16th, and 18th, as well as numerous phone calls, I have not received any response as of today, November 2nd, 2025. This lack of communication and this entire process has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. Additionally, I would like to note that the Loft App indicates my account has no remaining charges and a zero balance, which contradicts the notices I have received. Currently, I am being billed “PER DAY” for last month’s water, trash, sewer, and pest control charges totaling $185.28, which I believe are unwarranted given the current account status.
For the benefit of future residents and prospective tenants, I strongly recommend that all communications be documented in writing to prevent similar issues.
