Visiting a family member with a valid parking pass & my car was still towed. Claimed my car was in a residential parking space instead of visitor parking space but there was no indication that the parking space was for residents. Mind you, I lived here for 4 months prior and never had this issue. Management started coming into my families apartment without giving proper notice and now have started messing with me when I come to visit.

I've since moved out, but I lived there for 2 years.
Immediately moving into the apartment, there was a rampant German cockroach problem. When we were given pest control after filing a complaint, we were able to find out that pest control's visit lasted 2 minutes at MOST (we checked our doorbell footage.) What type of infestation is mitigated within 2 minutes?
Another problem is management CONSTANTLY changes, so policies that were approved beforehand might become a notice the next.
Last I lived there (around a couple weeks ago), new management was nice and all- because they actually did tend to the environment unlike the previous managers, BUT I'm sure it's just so they can look well tided on the outside while neglecting + giving under bare minimum effort to care for the wellbeing of their apartments.
There was also a problems with them losing our documents- such as our lease agreement and parking validation.
For a low income apartment you would also expect the prices to be lower for a 2 bedroom 2 bath, but imagine my surprise when I went to a higher quality apartment and they charged us LESS for rent and has way better amenities.
Please stray away from this place unless you want a low quality of living.

I went in to fill out an application for an apartment that I was told was $1099. 10 days later someone from the office called me and told me I was approved so I brought in my $200 money order for a security deposit. She filled it out and literally one second later she told my rent would be $1241. I declined to proceed forward, so now I'm out $200 because she filled the money order out. The grounds are trashy and the apartment I was shown looked nothing like the floorplan image. I was told by the girl in the office that they could raise the rent as many times as they want even with me being locked in for the price. I researched if they could raise rent like that and they can't. It's illegal. Beware.

Just don’t. The management changes all the time. The policies change daily. The last agent was really pretty awesome cleaning this place up. But she left and the current management doesn’t seem to care about the people like she did. The maintenance guys are nice. There just aren’t enough of them. So nothing gets fixed. They always say, you’re on the list. I guess water up to my knees when I take showers (from day 1) are not a top priority. Or my kitchen counter where the coating is peeling off and hanging doesn’t matter. Or my broken microwave. When I first moved in there was a huge cockroach issue. They would say again oh you’re on the list maybe a few months later you get a guy who goes around and half sprays some chemical that doesn’t work. My neighbor and I went in together and hired a professional. The police get called out here a lot! My advise. Just don’t. **** And I just found out all these cars were towed without residents signing anything to be prove being informed this was being placed into policy. Ridiculous! I posted this 7 months ago. My final straw, my car was towed illegally. I had registered, I had a parking sticker. I now have a law suit with their towing company, Warrior Towing. He pulled his gun on me and demanded I go into his office. I called the police and am now in the middle of a law suit! Don’t do it, it’s not worth it. Oh and they called me and asked if there was anything they could do to keep me as a resident. Hahahaha oh hell no!
