Super happy with the administrative staff and team at this complex. Been here a few months, the entire transition with moving in has been a pretty good experience with them. Any and all issues that I’ve had (which are minimum) has been addressed immediately and with care. I’ve recommended this complex to a few people already looking to move to TX. Feel safe, great place to live with a super great front office team.

I recently visited this apartment complex and was genuinely impressed at first — the building, units, and amenities all seemed promising. However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that residents are only allowed to use the gym on the office working hours. This policy is not only impractical, it’s out of touch with the needs of working professionals.
In today's world, where health and wellness are a priority, access to a gym should be a standard, not a privilege. Most people work standard 9-to-5 jobs, and with traffic and daily obligations, limiting access to just the leasing office hours essentially makes the gym unusable. In all my years of touring apartments, I have never encountered such restrictive access to a basic amenity.
What's even more frustrating is that the property already has infrastructure in place — possible key fob access, security cameras, and separate entrances — to monitor usage responsibly. This restrictive policy feels unnecessarily punitive and sends the wrong message about resident wellbeing.
Until this is addressed, I would strongly urge potential tenants to consider how this might affect your daily lifestyle. It's a beautiful place, but this gym access policy is a serious red flag.

On my experience while living in Halston on Frankford for 1 year I'll say it has it's good and it's bad.
Price/Space. I Liked my unit and it was a decent price for it. But it did had a lot of little stuff when we moved in. Like little paint spots on the floor which will make the floor look dirty no matter how much you mop and the baseboard were i guess chewed from a previous tenant's pet which also was left behind was dog hair behind the washer and drier not truly cleaned.
My most annoying part was the miscommunication, I have two dogs. Sometimes they will leave memos that they need to enter the apartments so they asked for pets to be put away then they will give a time frame of 3 days and you didn't know when they will go. I don't cage my dogs because that is cruel for me, specially because they are well behave dogs. so i had to cage my dogs for 3 days or i took them with me to work, for them to end up not showing up. they did that quite a lot sending notes then no one will showed up. until the last time I was so upset and asked if they need to go in my apartment to do so when my husband or I was there because i was not caging my dogs no more. They were ok with that. They Schedule a time and they called in advance to let me know and jet still never showed again.
Maintenance_ Month of November slept a whole month with the loudest noise because the ac unit of one of the apartments was making so much noise ill open quite a few work orders thru out that month and they closed it but did not fix the issue.. solution was turn off the ac unit and then end up not fixing it. a couple months ago they finally replaced it.
I'll say somethings got bit better a little before moving-out. like maintenance guy Daniel was professional they seem to get stuff done quicker. But if I'll recommend this apartments my answer will be NO

DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOUR PATIENCE. OR YOUR TIME!!!! I’ve lived here for 2 years now. The very first day we moved in, we got a phone call asking if we can move in the next week as my apartment was flooded. THIS SHOULDA BEEN MY FIRST SIGN. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as accidents happen. Ever since then, it’s been a nightmare. Parking is horrible, I actually got SLAPPED IN THE FACE BY A GROWN MAN over a parking spot (it was uncovered & not a reserved parking.) I filed a police report, gave the front office all the information, license plate & asked if their cameras recorded the situation as it was right next to a camera. “the cameras don’t work” RED FLAG. another ongoing issues are the ROACHES. EVERY STINKING DAY THERES ROACHES. & i am a clean freak. everyone in my building has these issues. i’ve had pest control come out. we’ve had our building bombed & had to stay somewhere else for the day. Still they come back tenfold. I’ve told them the trash accumulating around the building & parking lots don’t help. they said that wasn’t an issue. I also told them the water that accumulates in the dog park bc there’s SEWERS in the actual dog park, also don’t help. They said that also wasn’t an issue. The dog park gates have been broken since day one moving in. The apartment GATES have sat OPENED since day one of moving in 2022. Homeless people camp out in the front of the property. LOUD MUSIC ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT IN THE PARKING LOTS. FOLKS RAMMING FOUR WHEELERS THRU THE PARKING LOT?! It’s literally a party every single night in someone garage. There’s a hole in the fence that faces the sonic & bar parking lot, where anyone & their mothers can come in & out. I’ve actually witnessed a drunk or clearly on drugs homeless person, CHASE A TENANT in the dog park & someone else had to block the gated hole so no one else could come. THERES MOLD GROWING IN MY APARTMENT & i’ve requested someone to come look at it for over a month now & they just… don’t. they simply don’t care for their tenants. they are quick to give you the turn around & be so nice to you, but they don’t EVER FIX A SINGLE ISSUE. YOU WOULD THINK MOLD WOULD GET THEIR ATTENTIONS BUT IT HASNT!!! i’ve hated everyday living here the last 2 years. it has been the most exhausting 2 years ever. do not waste your time here.

***DO NOT MOVE HERE*** this is by far the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. I travel for work so a lot of time I’m gone away from home and I had one of my family members go check on my car for me and it was gone!! They towed it and claimed that I didn’t update my new tag Info but when I went to the office to get a new sticker I told the lady in the office I got a new tag and needed a new sticker. She failed to update the info for me right then and just gave me the new sticker and they still towed my car. It was the negligence of the staff that caused this yet they take no responsibility. So when I get home now I have to pay close to $800 to get my car out of tow. It’s sad that your vehicle isn’t safe where you stay to not be messed with. I called and talked to the property manager Dulce Giles and she dismissed my concerns and didn’t listen to anything I had to say about this matter. Even though her employee failed to do her job now I’m stuck paying $800 to get my car back. In addition to the parking nightmares they have a bad ROACH problem, and there’s loud neighbors playing music all times of the night. Instead of focusing on issues like that they find it more important to tow people’s cars. I have had it with them and when I go home soon I will be talking with them about ENDING MY LEASE. They do not care about their residents at all and will dismiss anything that you have to say. So please think twice before moving here!!
