My experience with Eastline was extremely disappointing, especially regarding their handling of my move-out and flooring charges. After leaving my unit in great condition, I was hit with a $2,119 flooring replacement charge. During my final walk-through, I was told there were no issues, yet this charge appeared without warning or justification. Neither the property team or the Greystar Receivables department seems to know who is responsible. I’ve been passed back and forth between them with no accountability, even though both acknowledge my account has been transferred. I requested documentation (photos of damage, depreciation schedule, and final inspection report) and haven't been given anything. This kind of billing feels dishonest. Other reviews have had similar stories. I would not recommend renting here.

I do not recommend living here unless you want to be stressed, ignored and ghosted.. I have not received my security deposit and I moved out 3 months ago. they don’t answer emails and whenever you call the concierge tells you to email. I’ve spent WEEKS going back and forth with Lilly trying to get my deposit back. The mail room is a mess and they don’t do anything about it. Your packages will get lost, misplaced or taken. I’ve talked to other residents about it but I think most of the residents are college students who don’t speak up. You ask for solutions and all Stacey does is apologize but doesn’t offer to make anything right. moving in was a disaster with getting furniture delivered. They don’t offer to bring your stuff up to your unit even when you note in the mailing instructions to drop off your delivery to a specified unit. Lilly and Stacey are pretty incompetent honestly. This place is run so poorly that I would consider other options. Parking is also terrible here. Good luck with the tight spaces and having your visitors find parking. The gate at one point was broken for months it seemed, and people have reported their cars stolen or broken into while I was a resident. One of the worst living experiences I’ve had

I wish I could give zero stars because even one star is very far from generous at this point. I know you all don't know me but please listen to me when I say DO NOT MOVE HERE. I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am a current resident, who moved here in November of 2024 and it has been the worst decision I have made. Ever since I got into my new there's been problems after problems with management doing nothing to resolve it. Management don't even know their left from their right half the time. My most recent issue is one heck of a safety issue. My fire alarm/smoke detector keeps going on unprovoked and they seem to not have a solution for this problem. Either there is a true fire that is undetectable to the human eye, or serious issues must be addressed. Their most recent solution for this issue was to completely remove my battery from the device because "maintenance is unavailable on the weekends, except for emergencies." I'd like to think my fire alarm going on for days on end is an emergency especially when this issue was supposed to be rectified days ago. Paying $2400/month and not having access to maintenance when SAFETY issues arise is very unprofessional and inappropriate. Again, there has been a lot more grievances since I've moved in but his particular issue has sent me over the edge. I will be looking for alternatives to break this lease. Please listen again when I say this, DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY !
