This place has roaches. A lot of them. Even with pest control spraying weekly, the problem still persist. I've had a full clean out performed on my unit and was told it was a guaranteed fix and everything would die within three days. A month later there were still roaches. Don't be fooled by the prices because there's a reason they're this low. No amount of pest control is going to fix the problem. Also, you pay $25 a month for trash even though there's no valet trash and the trash room is constantly overflowing. The gates in the parking garage break every other day. The doors that require key fobs don't close all the way so anyone can get in whenever. Save yourself the headache and sign elsewhere.
UPDATE:
It’s now been a month and a half since the full clean out was performed on my unit. Again I was told it was highly effective and that everything would die within three days. I might see one or two roaches, but after that, there shouldn’t be any more activity yet every week they set out new traps and every week they’re full like this. My unit is infested.

I’ve lived here for 2years now and honestly, my experience has been very mixed. First, the maintenance response time is frustratingly slow. It took two weeks to get a light bulb replaced—something I couldn’t do myself because it’s a special bulb they have to order. That’s not something residents should have to wait that long for.
Getting in touch with the office is another headache—they rarely answer the phone. It makes it hard to get updates or feel heard when you need help. The elevator being out for about three months was another huge inconvenience, especially for residents who depend on it.
I also had a situation with my mailbox key—someone broke a key off in the lock, and I couldn’t access my mail for a couple of days. With important documents coming in, that was incredibly frustrating. I submitted a request to get it fixed, but like everything else, it hasn’t been resolved quickly.
Now, with all that said, I have to shout out the one Black lady in the office (I wish I knew her name). She’s always kind, professional, and does her best to help even when it seems like the system around her is falling short. She’s the one bright spot in the management team, and I really appreciate her efforts.
Bottom line: this place needs serious improvement in communication and maintenance.

Lived here from August 2022 to August 2024. I’m actually shocked to see some of these reviews. I can bet the decline in customer service is due to the change in management (happened shortly before I left). I lived in unit 4105 (phase 2). I loved everything about it. I never heard anyone upstairs. My neighbors were quiet. The gyms were great. 3 pool options. Property was clean and maintained. I also parked on the street because it was way faster than going to the garage. Never had a break in. The package room was annoying to explain to delivery drivers, but the package concierge was so nice and always responsive.
Maybe I just got lucky and missed all the cons for 2 years? Looking at others reviews (trash room, car break-ins in garage, loud noise, bugs), I’m curious if I just dogged a bullet in all these areas. I always walked to the dumpster in garage, never parked in the garage, routinely called pest control (and kept my space clean 😉), and didn’t live by the pool. I can say that it seemed like many people were moving out around the same time as us. I still give it 5 stars based on my personal experience.

I’m a great fan of this place! I’ve been enjoying my stay ever since I was approved to move in. Honestly, my amazing experience started the moment I walked through the doors of the leasing office. Thanks to Ms. Linda and the rest of the staff, the transition into my new apartment was incredibly smooth.
Ms. Linda was polite, welcoming, and gave me a full tour of the complex and all its beautiful amenities. I was sold right then and there I knew I wanted to make this my home. Kudos to Cypress at the Trinity Grove! The staff are the real MVPs, especially the ever-bubbly Ms. Linda. You are the best. Thank you for making me feel so at home!
