My biggest issue with this community is it’s advertised as a luxury complex but operates in a VERY low budget manner. Specifically parking. They TOW RESIDENT VEHICLES. They are transitioning into a HUGE tow away property where tow trucks lurk in the night looking for vehicles to tow away and make a profit( which is very low budget in my opinion), and say it’s to keep us safe when the only issue IS the tow company. I NEVER even saw a tow truck at my previous property! They take no accountability and make you call the towing company about policies because somehow the management (who hired them and set the policies in place) has no idea what’s going on. The towing company has you hold for 30-45 minutes and is extremely rude. There is no covered or garaged parking near your home. You can pay for a reserved spot but not covered near you. You can be towed if you’ve overlooked your registration. They designed the complex with insufficient parking near your unit. You are only allowed ONE visitor and must register their car. Any other visitors can have their vehicles towed. Sooo unreasonable. You don’t feel as if you can even relax in your own home. I have lived in other luxury complexes that were new builds that just provided parking in a much more respectful manner. I never actually received my gift card from my move in special, so STAY on top of that if you do decide to move in. After hounding them and calling them they eventually had to give me a rent credit because for some reason my gift card kept confidently not getting emailed to me. The design is attractive initially but the quality of construction is FAKE luxury. From no / low padding in the carpet to thin walls, ceiling fans that sound like they will fly off the ceilings. Buildings that haven’t been washed down since the dirt and dust of construction. No Amazon lockers, a mediocre fitness “tiny room”. Even the simplest request is met with opposition and questioning when all you need is service. I was treated AMAZINGLY at my previous complex where I was a resident for 5 years with NO ISSUES about anything. I’ve just NEVER experienced this at any other LUXURY complex in life. So bizarre.
