All of the 1 star reviews are correct. I agree with how they dont understand about a 5 star review. What delulu world are those guys living in? I did a virtual showing because I am not from Austin. The rent I was told was $1599 for a 2 bedroom and my first month free. I was very excited. fast forward to my moving here and no free month. I didn't mind as much because rent was affordable with my salary and decided that it was what I wanted. The neighbors upstairs were loud at all times. They did drugs on the porch, drank, and screamed. When you call the courtesy officer at 1am because you were woken up by them, nothing. Security is a joke. The gates are never fixed. The package room? a thieves heaven. it floods. packages not left in the correct areas will be stolen AND when the thieves leave the packaging, management will charge you for the mess. My partner does security for other complexes and has offered to get them security here to help with the issues we have had and nope. Because be real they do not care about their tenets. We see vagrants on property all the time and no action. We had kids here and I do not feel like we were safe. The pool I barely visited because it is not family friendly and there are so many wasps around it isn't safe for me to be there. not to mention the amount of people getting drunk and high at the pool. When my partner moved in a few months after I did, it took almost 3 months to get him on the lease. he had the paperwork completed in 2 days, but the office kept losing it. also, We bought a parking spot almost 6 months ago and only the week before we moved was it put on our account because they kept losing the info but they sure did charge us for it. Trash pickup is a bane here. Like another post mentioned, they do not pick up regularly. and when a rodent gets into your trash because they did not do their job they will leave a note saying they wont pick up the trash. this is a service I paid for... I think I should get several months refund at this juncture. There is dog poo everywhere and I feel the reason why is because, the amount of waste bins are minimal and in the most inconvenient places. The overall complex is dirty. Trash being left at the curb. Threatening emails about this but nothing being done. The dumpsters are disgusting. people throw trash at the dumpster not in. When I moved in and before my furniture and stuff was delivered, my unit had roaches so bad. I called to have it sprayed many times but the problem persisted. we finally got it under control and then ants started to pour in. literally pouring in from the four corners of the unit and even the electrical sockets. once more we handled it. because when I called no answer. shock and surprise... not. The smoke detector in the kitchen goes off when you cook. I dont mean when you burn things either. I mean when you are doing something as small as boiling water, pulling food out of the oven, small things that are not burnt or smoky. The heat/steam sets it off. The staff in the office turn over so much I never know who is working. They do not answer the phones in the office. even when it is emergent. When they actually do call back they are rude. My partner had an issue and sent an email. They called me. I let them know that he had sent the email and I was at work. They kept insisting I speak to them. I had to hang up on her because what part of if it isn't an emergency, I cant talk did she not get. When we finally moved out, the office staff had turned over ONCE AGAIN! and something as simple as dropping off keys turned into a huge thing that took way too ling when I had emailed prior that we would be there on that day to turn in the keys. TLDR: DONT RENT HERE IT IS TRASHY AND OVER PRICED AND NOT WORTH IT ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY.

There is dog feces everywhere and no one leashes their dogs. I’ve seen a guy get chased down a building by a dog while the owner just stands there calling the dog. There are also dogs locked on their balcony in this heat, some live out there in their feces. Some fenced in areas are covered in feces in it, the stench is unbelievable. I’ve had a neighbor let their dog out to use the restroom in our hallways or on our door mat but thankfully Victoria (previous employee) quickly handled that. There really hasn’t been anything wrong in my apartment to need much maintenance, but when there is they never show. Or say the work order is complete even though they never entered? Interesting a work order can be completed with my deadbolt locked. I nearly had to help the maintenance staff move a replacement washer into my unit because it had been over a month since I had one and he didn’t have help to bring it. My air conditioner has sounded like an AIRPLANE since I moved in January 2023. Our friends are shocked at the noise when they come visit. When we first moved in our water smelled like sewage and weekly if not every other day the smell comes back. The package room isn’t utilized properly so if you have a package delivered there, go get it quick! Valet trash is inconsistent with pick ups until recently. They usually drop the bag and leave the trash all over the stairs and I have to put work orders in to have it cleaned up. Or they leave it on the curb and forget to pick it up, so it sits in the sun all day long. The breezeways are disgusting! Never once been power washed. On top of all the other things going on at this place there is suspicious activity with sheriffs driving around and I have witnessed night worker like activity. If you want to enjoy the pool you should live somewhere else. It’s always closed with no notice or indication when it will open again. The maintenance guy asked if I could see a sign that the pool was closed, I said there was none…to which he responded the signs were on all the other gates and he just placed one on the one I entered through after I had been out there an hour. So, I have to walk to each gate to read a sign to know the pool is closed?
