I absolutely love living at The Davy! From the moment I moved in, the entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. The staff made sure everything was taken care of, and I felt welcomed from day one. They even hosted brunch with mimosas for the residents, and I loved every minute of it — such a thoughtful touch that really made the community feel warm and inviting.
Overall, my experience here has been amazing. The Davy truly knows how to make their residents feel at home. Highly recommend!

Finally move in to this beautiful luxury place called The Davy. If here and looking come by tell them you saw my post! :). The two pictures are just a tease of what amazing amenities you will have here living here. (Come See)! I’m so excited, I have such a beautiful view. The staff fits the property “professional” so kind and patience. Aurora, ReRe, Isabella and Chris all have been so welcoming. I want say Thank you ReRe for assisting me with my move in day when she was out everyone chipped in as a team I didn’t have to come back. That’s customer service. Looking forward to enjoying my stay here. I and walked in to a beautiful gift. ❤️it!

I recently moved into The Davy a little over a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! Isabella and the leasing team made the move-in process super smooth and were very responsive to all my questions. Anything I needed taken care of, Isabella would handle it and email me to let me know it was done so I wouldn’t have to wonder or reach out about it again.
My apartment itself is beautiful — modern finishes, plenty of space, and everything was spotless on move-in day. I also love the amenities here, especially the pool, gym, clubhouse, and the sauna.
Overall, I’m really glad I chose The Davy. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to live!

I have had an amazing time living here so far. The office staff have been extremely helpful with my move-in process and getting acclimated to the Stafford area. Many thanks to Aurora and ReRe for making the process easy and straightforward. Any time I have to go into the office, I am greeted with smiles and a willingness to help.
The apartments are spacious and move-in ready. Tons of storage for just about anything. The amenities are gorgeous. I’m looking forward to relaxing in the sauna very soon!

After living at The Davy for a month, I feel I need to be honest about the biggest issue I’ve experienced: the new ZRS management, specifically Ashley, the leasing consultant. Today I asked for help locating a missing package, and the attitude I received from her was completely unacceptable.
Since ZRS took over, I’ve already had two packages go missing. One of them was only found after I went twice and had management open multiple lockers until they finally located it. Today, all I wanted to do was double-check the names on the packages currently in the lockers to see if mine had been mislabeled or misplaced. This has been allowed in the past, and there is even a locker area where the names are visible — so I was confused when Ashley insisted that me checking names was “against the law.” She then told me I needed to stop “micromanaging her,” even though all I asked was to look at the names on the packages — a completely reasonable request.
After opening just a few lockers, she abruptly said my package “wasn’t there” and told me to file a claim online. The problem is that my Luxer account wasn’t set up correctly because of management, and instead of helping me confirm whether any of the packages belonged to me, she made it very clear she didn’t care to assist.
If you’re a new resident, be aware that package management has noticeably gotten worse under ZRS. Asking Ashley for help may result in unnecessary attitude and zero effort to actually solve the issue. I hate leaving a 1-star review, but I’m genuinely frustrated — and Ashley’s attitude made an already bad situation much worse.
