Living at Ascent Victory Park has been an incredible experience! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and always quick to help with anything I need. The building itself is stunning—modern amenities, breathtaking city views, and a top-tier fitness center that makes working out convenient.
The location is unbeatable, with restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment just steps away, yet the apartments are still quiet and comfortable. The units are spacious, well-designed, and feature high-end finishes that make it feel like a true luxury home.
Maintenance is always prompt, and the management team goes above and beyond to ensure residents have a great living experience. If you’re looking for a high-end, hassle-free place to live in Dallas, Ascent Victory Park is absolutely worth it! Highly recommend!

The staff here have been fabulous! Any concern I’ve had, they’ve addressed it. (Mostly neighbors not being neighborly which you will run into anywhere) They plan cute and fun events. The Christmas present wrapping room was above and beyond and saved my butt this year! The location and views are amazing. The traffic during events can be annoying but if you download the AA app, you can plan ahead and route around traffic so it’s not a big deal!

I've been living at the ascent for over two years and here are some of my takeaways;
PROS
Employees: Concierge, leasing office and management are extremely polite and helpful, they do help make this place feel like home! The repair workers are amazing, super knowledgeable and efficient!
Location: Directly across from American Airlines center with tons of activities, restaurants, bars, parks within walking distance.
Pool and amenities: the pool on the 6th floor is so much fun in the summer! Has a golf simulator and a gym with a downtown view on the 20th floor.
Building: The interior has a modern rustic feel that is sure to impress. Granite counter tops and modern luxury appliances, there is a rooftop lounge area with an amazing downtown view.
Activities: The management has regular events and cocktail hours on the amenities level that are always a blast!
Other tenants: The young community here is awesome! Alot of young driven individuals. Definitely the "work hard, play hard" group.
CONS
Location: being across the street from American Airlines center can create a traffic jam when events are beginning or ending making it difficult to get to the building.
Issues with building:
1. Garage door has been broken forever, this is the second time.
2. Because of faulty garage door, guest cars towed almost immediately if not registered. $200 every time and can't be reimbursed because it's a third party. I live here and am sick of paying for my guests to get their car out of the tow yard because I wanted to take them on a tour of the complex for 30 min before going to my apt and registering their vehicle.
3. Referred a friend to live here and have been waiting over 3 months for $500 referral bonus.
4. Elevators are broken, takes forever to arrive and by the time it does it's full with many stops before your destination
5. Fire alarm issues, been testing and testing (I think it's more Dallas code enforcement than the apartments themselves.) They installed a new smoke/heat detector directly above my oven, every time I turn it on or cook on the stove it goes off.
6. Basic wear and tear. It's not as bad as a lot of other people say but you can tell the building is not brand new.
7. Exterior windows need to be cleaned
8. The pool deck needs to be restained/refinished.
9. The amenities floor has poor cell service and extremely slow WiFi (when it's on) I would like to use the conference rooms to do business but an unable to without a signal to WiFi,
Takeaway: Overall I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

If you’re looking for a place here, go through Madelyn.
I haven’t had much of a chance to experience the community between moving, unpacking, and the holidays, but from what I’ve seen so far it’s been pleasant. It’s a place I can have my grandparents come visit from out of town to entertain without leaving the property. The dog park is nice to have especially since it’s enclosed. Chad at concierge has really made a positive impact on myself and my roommate. The views are incredible from my apartment. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. My dogs especially love the floor to ceiling windows for sunbathing.
UPDATE: I loved my last apartment, the layout, windows, peacefulness. The events they host at the apartment are fun to attend as well. Upon moving to a 1 bed facing victory place on a lower level I now see inside everyone’s apartment at victory place as they can see in mine. I like to keep the blinds up for sunshine but that’s not a feature my apartment gets. I’m always aware of when we win any sport because of the extreme noise from the American Airlines. There was a lack of communication between members of the leasing team which confused me and made my move more stressful as I was told I had an apartment reserved for me at a specific date and price. Apparently no body knew about this t and when I talked to a member of the leasing team they had been confused on why I had to choose a different floor plan because they still had the original option in mind for me. The amenities I pay for seem to have half of them broken or missing viable pieces. This community offers some amazing floor plans but be careful of which one you choose. Always make sure anything you discuss with the leasing team is in writing!
