I cannot wait until I move out of here..smh the worst place I have ever lived! Kids sit on the stairs making noise..throw trash all over the property. And the rent is 2 grand here..I should have followed my first mind about moving. Management does not hardly address the littering and loud noise of kids. Some of the females that live here walk around with private parts hanging out and just looking a mess..no kind of respect for the neighborhood and people that live here. The parking is terrible. I was told I would be notified if another garage became available near the building I live in. I wasn't.. there have been 2 or 3 that have become available and now taken. I only signed another lease due to not having time to search for another place to live. Stairwells and Breezeways stay trashed and dirty...requested months ago for it to be power sprayed...still dirty..Some of the neighbors do not keep their doorways clean or pathways. Please do your research before you move here. The staff is helpful to a certain extent...but does not act upon some of the main issues in a timely manner. Tubs and bathrooms are poorly painted..hope there is not led in the paint. The floor is coming apart..was poorly glued back together...air still does not work properly... There is more to looking cute on a job. They need to actually respond to you and do some work. Oh I will be disputing having to pay anything that I have asked to be replaced or I did not do....that's is what the "damage of property fee" and the deposit is for... this is a result of poor remodeling and lack of concern and being ignored from management. I have never left a place in any other condition than good and again will not pay for any of this! I have asked for things to be replaced while here..no response. Anyone who gave or gives this place 4 to 5 stars either knows someone here or has never lived in anything else better. They help who they want and avoid legitimate complaints. Therefore this review needed to be exposed. In response to the owners response from May 1st...I will never come back in that office until I move out..the next step is the code compliance and channel 4 News.... So Owner if you are responding to this review contact me directly..I have sent emails to your employees..NO RESPONSE. I hope the paint doesn't have lead in it..I will be getting it tested. It is a Shane to be paying over 2000 in rent and living outdated like this.
