I moved into a one-bedroom apartment a week ago and have loved it so far! The apartment is the perfect size for me and my dog and has plenty of closet space. All the amenities offered are wonderful. The staff was very helpful, from touring to picking up my keys.

Don’t be fooled by the amenities at this property. While it looks good on the surface, there are several issues that make living here frustrating.
Parking: If you want to park near your building, good luck. Parking is scarce, and if you move your car in the evening, don’t expect to get a spot close to your home when you return.
Trash: The trash valet service is unreliable at best. You’re charged $25 for valet trash plus $10 for regular trash, yet the service is inconsistent. There are times when trash isn’t picked up for days, leaving hallways smelling horrible and attracting flies. For example, I put my trash out on a Wednesday night, and it still wasn’t picked up by Friday. With no on-site trash cans for tenants to use as a backup, this creates a disgusting and unsanitary environment.
Grounds Maintenance: The property grounds are poorly maintained. People don’t clean up after their dogs, so there’s dog poop visible (and often smelly) in the side yards. This winter, I couldn’t let my kids play in the snow because I didn’t want them stepping in or picking up something gross.
Amenities: The gates are constantly broken—not just the ones at the main entrance but also the gates to the clubhouse from the pool. To my knowledge, these have been broken for almost a year with no signs of repair. In the workout room, several pieces of equipment are broken, and there are no signs indicating they’re out of service, which is both inconvenient and potentially unsafe.
Inspections vs. Maintenance: While the property conducts mandatory inspections for fire safety and is now attempting to inspect patios, tenants must request air filter changes—something that should be routine in a “luxury” apartment complex. It’s absurd to claim luxury standards while requiring tenants to chase basic maintenance tasks.
Reactive, Not Proactive: The most frustrating aspect is that this property doesn’t seem to take proactive measures to address ongoing issues. Instead, they wait until tenants are upset enough to leave negative Google reviews. Only then do they attempt to take action. This reactive approach to management shows a complete lack of accountability and concern for the tenant experience.
The management here needs to step up and take responsibility for the property. As it stands, tenants are being charged for services that aren’t consistently provided, while basic upkeep is being ignored. I would not recommend living here unless these issues are addressed.
